This location was so dirty and the restrooms were so nasty that I thought I was in a mechanics shop. If I could rate a zero I would. After the horrible trip when I went to self checkout the girl was not helpful to anyone there and all the registers had customers at them. She was standing with another employee talking about their weekend plans. Then myself and another customer needed assistance and she told us to hold on while she kept speaking with the other employee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is my neighborhood Kroger which is great because it's so convenient. The employees who work here are always very nice and helpful if I ever have a question about an item. Also whoever took the time to organize the snack aisle so perfectly, your awesome!

A decent Kroger that is very clean. This Kroger has an extensive produce section, however the rest of the store could be stocked more often. Should be noted that it could be a COVID-19 issue rather than a store issue. Every store is having a hard time keeping their stores stocked, which is why it's not included in my star-rating. Other than that, there is plenty of parking, and of course they have their gas station attached to the business. I've saved plenty of money by using Kroger's gas because the savings transfer over from the store itself. It's pretty standard, but I would add that their sushi stand is the best I've had from a Kroger, and that is saying a lot.

The guy who was pushing carts was really rude and he did not say " excuse me" or " sorry" and he almost hit me with those carts while pushing them into the store. Been going to this Kroger for a year now and plus it's closer to my home.I'm going to go to another Kroger on Main St. at Euless even though it's a bit further away. The employees seem nicer over there.

Why do you have all these registers and have 1 cashier with alot people in line at self checkout? I have a elderly friend who said she hates going there because she can't get help! Bad customer service! They also never have what we need! Things not on shelf! Then, you have people laying on the ground outside the store. This Kroger has gone down hill!

Once again, the Kroger store in Bedford, TX never fails to amaze me with what a disappointment it is. It remains in a continuous downward spiral appearing to be satisfied with mediocrity. If they did not sell gas, I am not sure I would even pull in the parking lot much less run into the store on a few minor occasions. They keep bragging on their re-model. What's the old saying - something like "lipstick on a pig". I went in this morning to buy supplies to make blackberry cobbler. After finding one box of baking soda left, I went to the produce area for blackberries. Fruit flies were buzzing all around - not a welcome site for produce shoppers. I located the remaining blackberries they had only to come home to find the package contained numerous blackberries starting to mold. I always enjoy throwing away newly purchased items - kidding of course. Now I get to another store to go find blackberries. Thank you Kroger for continuing to be a terrible grocery store. I have no idea how that is the only grocery shopping choice in north Bedford for people who want to spend their money in Bedford.

After 1+ fantastic years using ClickList in Arizona, I've been using ClickList at this Bedford location for the past 4 months since we moved here since it's closest to our house. I am not exaggerating when I say every single order has been missing items or they give me the wrong item without noting it as a substitution. Their substitutions aren't even the same product majority of the time. It's getting extremely frustrating and now I'm going to end up driving further out of my way to try a different location in hopes that they provide a better service.

Selection is very much lacking compared to other Kroger's in the area, particularly the cheese section. There's plenty of cheddar and common cheeses, but if you need something like Gouda or Gruyere, go to another Kroger.

If I could give a negative review, I would! I've been going to this store for years without problems, but today, my mother who is elderly was refused help to take her groceries to the car. She was told they have too many older customers to provide that service anymore. Well, I hope everyone who is older or has older relatives will help little ol' Kroger out and relive them from the burden of collecting cash so much cash from older customers. If you need help, don't go here!

Done with this Kroger. I have put up with the nasty smell, dirty floors, inadequate inventory since they opened. But this latest remodel is ridiculous. They are supposed to be there for the customer, but the latest remodel proves they only want us to search up and down the aisles hoping we will see something new and increase our purchase. Shame on them. Never again.

I have shopped at this location for years. Two horrible experiences with cashier S (not using her name) are making me want to shop elsewhere. Both times she had an issue with me giving her my phone number for the discount because I didn't have my card either rudely telling me I can enter it myself on the keypad or asking if I knew how. Yes, I know how. However, I have never had an issue asking other cashiers. Am I burdening you? Actually, I heard a previous customer give her phone number to S with no issue. Why was I different? She then decided it was OK to just fling my groceries on the counter during checkout during my second encounter with her. I asked for a manager. Asked for one the first time as well. Got the same young lady both times. She seemed apologetic both times, not sure it was genuine. S was not at all. She talked down to me. I didn't feel valued as a customer at all.
