Increasingly harder to use drive through. Then if you go in you will understand why. The teller inside is going back and forth between taking customers that walk in and the drive-thru.

A simple request turned difficult under Ashleys assistance, I merely needed to break a $100 bill and she kept telling me I needed an account number to do so? To break a $100 bill? Let me just go to a gas station next time, thanks for nothing.

Ashley is absolutely the RUDEST and most INCOMPETENT teller I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She REFUSED to make a transfer into my son's account, even though I have his account number, date of birth, social security number, and drivers license, and we BOTH have Wells Fargo accounts. I've been a bank teller, so I KNOW all she had to do was pull me up and then put his information in the system but apparently she is too stupid to even do that. I've been a loyal customer for YEARS and I've NEVER had service this bad! IF I SEE HER AGAIN I AM GOING TO CLOSE ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS AND NEVER COME BACK!Edit: Google is suppressing my review to protect their buddies in Big Banking and promote the Woke Agenda. But i know the truth. Wells Fargo and Ashley WILL PAY for their transgressions when the day of reckoning comes.

Mr. Jonathan Arevalo delivered the solutions that I needed, despite that the service was coordinated over the phone he showed me that he care for the customers. Thank you very much, I hope that WellsFargo rewards Mr. Arevalo because am sure that he earns it every day.

11 months later and no change in their star rating. Their employees are still incredibly rude. I've never had such horrible experiences at their other branches before. After today not even the unbeatable close proximity will justify me stepping foot in there ever again.

I want to know who is in charge to answer phone calls, I waste 30 minutes of my life waiting for someone to answer my phone call and all I hear was a machine, if you can not do your job right then let someone else take over and do a better performance at work and for wells Fargo.
