If no stars is an option, i would do it with no hesitation for that specific location
The main reason for my complain is its branch manager, named [ luis villagran ]
I wish the owner was present every time i have been to that branch to see how badly i was treated by him
Intentionally, me, my father and my mother have been treated with complete disrespect. And this is happening each time, we have been there.
I tried once to complain him on phone with customer service,but nobody cares
Today, i just filed my second claim, hopefully getting any result this time

Went to go pull out $800 from the atm and only recieved $660… but still charged $800 out of my account. I was warned that this bank chain scams you and takes your money and i should’ve listened…

Used to use WF on Pipeline until it closed. Never enough employees and they didn't care. This one is just as bad. Slow and never enough employees.

This place takes foreverrrr in the drive through line. Many times I’ll wait for 30 minutes while the workers just sit in the back. They need to hire more people or find a way to be more efficient!

One of their ATMS stole 260 dollars from me because it was out of 20s and 50s and told me it canceled the transaction but still took it out of my account? Then when I called it took me 10 minutes to even get someone on the phone and when I did they hung up.I don't even have this bank and now i know to never get them. Absolutely horrible.

My first time coming to this location was my best decision. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Stephanie Saewert. She is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable banker. She took her time to explain me everything in details which I was not clear about.. !

Don't bother to visit this branch cos they don't have employees. You would see lots of empty work spaces but only one employee.

Visited this branch to have a paper notarized. I was told I’d have to wait about 30 minutes so I asked them if it was okay if I ran next door to grab my lunch Togo and come right back as a part of my wait. I was told yes, so I came back about 10 minutes later….. same guy in the waiting area, still one banker helping people start their account, and same guy sitting at his desk with no one. I waited about 10 minutes before the guy with no one came up to the other guy who had been there before me, he asked him what he needed and then came and asked me, I explained what I needed and he told me another 30 minutes! I explained I was already told that and that I left briefly and came right back. He then proceeded to tell me well bc you left we’ve helped people since then and now I have to wait… I was quick to correct him as I was right next door and knew that no one new had came in while I was gone AND there were no extra people waiting in the waiting area. He says oh okay and walks off. Still taking his time, maybe 5-10 minutes later he comes over to get the other guy. As the girl who I believe is the notary seems to be finishing up with her guests, I hear them talk about needing to do a deposit. Turns out they were doing multiple deposits, the girl and the teller were taking longer than what it seemed it should take as this is something they do often. At this point it’s probably been about 40 minutes with no end in site. I decided to stop and do this on my break between my two jobs and expected to enjoy my lunch afterwards. This notary takes all of 5-10 minutes tops to do. THANKFULLY the branch on pipeline ( who had less staff and just as many guests ) was able to take care of me yet I had to waste an extra 10 minutes of my lunch driving so I could go to the other location. I will say the teller at the counter was really sweet. Now I know I should just pay fedex to do.

Really bad experience with the staff at this location today .There’s a certain lady that attends me and she is rude all the time . Plus she deposited my money at my daughters account instead of mine . What a shame !

Pesimo servicio! Dure media hora haciendo linea y solo había un carro enfrente de mi!!! Como es posible que tarden tanto!! Como pude me salí de la linea super enojada y me fui por la parte de enfrente..entre al banco solo había una persona antes que yo y fue peor!! Dure 15 min esperando mientras la cajera y la supervisora me imagino por que era la que traía colgada unas llaves platicaban con la persona que estaba ahi de un accidente! Estaba que echaba lumbre de coraje y las demás personas que entraron atrás de mi También se empezaron a enojar ! Fue cuando la supervisora abrió otra caja y se puso a atender ella!...pésimo servicio!!
