There’s 15 people in the return line and only one person working on a Saturday at noon. Meanwhile, there are associate standing around doing nothing.
Several people in line asked for managers and were told they were in a meeting and couldn’t be disturbed.
Clearly, the management should be on the floor helping their associates and not in a meeting where they say they can’t be disturbed.

Ordered ahead and picked up groceries with little time wasted. The young man attending us was very cordial. Will attempt to go back to this store at the same time and see if I can get the same young man. Job well done.

Employees need to Stop staring down customers who use self check out assuming they are stealing. Maybe you wouldn't have a theft problem if you brought back CUSTOMER SERVICE and CASHIERS. WALMART BROUGHT THIS ON THEMSELVES.
