These people have no idea what there doing. They couldn't find the keys to unlock the products, then the cashier was just as confused as the other worker about the why he had to hold onto the product when some lady in a non Walmart uniform told them what to do. She was just as lost as the rest of them. Useless.

I have no words to express how pedantic these people are. Yesterday afternoon I had the worst experience that any human being could have when it came to paying. I wanted to make 2 payment methods and it turns out that they told me that it couldn't be done and only because they saw that I spoke English, they started being as racist as possible so that they start working if they don't even have patience with the client.

Shopping here is a nightmare. Not only are the people who shop here super rude but the people who work there are as well. Every time I use the self checkouts, the people in charge there watch me like I'm some kind of delinquent. It's so uncomfortable and it's every single time. This has been going on for over a year. I'm just trying to check out and get out of there but invariably, some employee creeps up behind me and watches me like a hawk. I have no idea why but it makes shopping here a very uncomfortable, creepy experience. I only come here out of convenience because it's closer to me than other supermarkets but I try to avoid this place as much as possible. This is also the type of place where they have every day, normal items locked up and you have to get an employee to unlock a cupboard for you (which they hate doing) to get your item. Finally, half the parking lot was made into parking for people who order online and most of it is never used. So, parking here is also a nightmare. Honestly, just skip this if you can.

I give this store a 1 star because even though I understand there is a major problem for stores when it comes to people stealing, the protocol in place for the beauty section is absolutely ludicrous. I had went here to get a hard nail filer. I pressed the assistance button, waited about 3-4 minutes for the customer rep which wasn't bad. But then here is the illogical part. All I needed was this nail filer, nothing else. So the rep got it for me and got a nail polish for another customer. This is all each of us had for items to buy, and the rep said I need to walk y'all up to the register. Basically she walked both of us up to the register and gave our items to the rep at the self check out to make sure, I'm assuming, we wouldn't steal these items. I feel like basic common sense and context clues for a nail polish and a nail filer would have been suffice to determine that supervision is not necessary or required to buy this 1 item for me and the 1 item for the other woman in my shoes. Mind you though, medication and alcohol products aren't locked up or require assistance to obtain, but apparently they want to really make sure a $1.70 nail filer and a $4 nail polish are the prime products to not be stolen. I don't think it was prejudice or derogatory at all; I just think this protocol is idiotic and illogical in general. So won't be going back.

This walmart is very small and doesn't have a lot of options. The AC here is way too cold. I can't handle it. I will never go back.

The racism in this store is off the charts. I had someone follow me until I finished my shopping, and then management was waiting for me at checkout. After I was finished, they came by and grabbed my receipt to look at it, then handed it back. Think his name was Gerry. Talk about a safe environment.
