Logan in the pharmacy went out of his way to help me with questions and some problems getting my husbands prescriptions. I really appreciated his phone support and then helping my husband when he picked it all up.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from this store. I got 2 gifts cards from this store and they did not have the funds on it. Even with the receipt. Manager said he can’t do anything about it. So frustrating.

This pharmacy is an absolute disaster! The customer service was beyond terrible, blaming us for a communication breakdown when transferring a prescription. They can't even communicate internally, giving us conflicting stories about our prescription. It's infuriating! Get your act together!

Website says free covid testing without ins, customer service says free covid testing without ins. But the workers inside said they don't offer it. How does walgreens and the CDC website says there free if there not? Very disappointed in there customer support. These people have no brains and don't know how to read the word free.

Good Morning I have been a customer of your Bedford/Euless Texas Location for years and I have never been treated so badly. I am 5 months pregnant and my dr sent in a prescription 3 days ago. I called walgreen to see if it was ready and the person that answered at the pharmacists office said that if the voicemail stated they didnt have it then they didnt have it. We have been told numerous occassions by the dr that it has been sent and each time we call walgreens, we get terrible service and this last time the person at the pharmacy hung up on me before I could even have her look. I have a horrible UTI and need to start these antibiotics. I will be leaving Walgreens and taking my business elsewhere. Brittany Ybarra 817-800-0835

This pharmacy had my pregnant wife's insulin prescription for 4 days. We called daily asking for updates, they gave us different reasons for not having it ready. We even had the Dr call and speak with the pharmacist after a couple of days. There was no valid reason for the delays. Finally on day 4, I went and spoke to them in person. It turned out they didn't even have the insulin that my wife needed at their store. They accomplished nothing over 4 days for medication that my wife greatly needed. The pharmacist(s) here and their staff could have cared less. Shameful.

Let me be clear The Best Weekend Staff Ever Margaret and Jerry helping me. And I am a senior Y'all at the photo kiosk! Totally kind, considerate, patient, caring, encouraging, helpful; consistently across several weekend visits to make copies of some older family photos to put in traditional Christmas cards and snail mail to older family members because ...I had posted them to Facebook so my family asked me to print and mail them copies! Three visits and they stood strong with me! Unbelievable but continually asking me if I needed more help and in the most professional manner and dedicated to customer service from weekend staff! Where do you get that ever! Walgreens at the busiest time of year! 780 W. Bedford Rd. Hurst, TX 76053. BOGO 1/2 off sale and clearance on some Christmas Ornaments. You could literally walk in, after dark, on Christmas Eve and start your smart Christmas shopping early! And I promise the variety, prices, and selection; of this location, would not disappoint! Very good store has everything you need for personal care and in addition to the pharmacy and medicine in general, the bad thing is the people who have cashiers in front are pedantic and serve poorly
