i have had several transactions with Erica and all were handled with expertise and professionalism.my last interaction was an exchange due to an issue with frames etc, she handled the issue with a smile and provided the new glasses as promised.i will continue to buy my new glasses and get eye exams at her Visionworks location.

The staff was top notch! Both specialists greeted with a friendly smile and did not hassle me while I looked around. Crystal was amazing, super friendly, fast and professional. The customer service she provided to myself and the lobby full of people was outstanding. Crystal gave her full attention to each and every person and didn't skip a beat as more and more customers walked in. I definitely recommend Visionworks great customer service and great selection of glasses!

Everyone was very nice, helped figure out cost and spent time making sure I understood everything when ordering my new glasses. My lower score is due to the pick up process. While a speedy process, I was just handed my glasses and told to sit down to try them on, Crystal stood there while I sat and didnt really look or offer to adjust anything even though I said that they were slipping off my face. I had to ask her to adjust them and when she did she didnt clean them off after so I walked out with dirty lenses with finger prints all over. I went back to my car to clean them myself.
I wish there was the attentiveness shown at pick up like there was when choosing the frames and paying. Which makes me wonder if you are shown that attention just to get your money. This is my first experiecne at VW, usually I am a Lenscrafters girl but with insurance changed I had no choice. My whole family wears glasses and so I may try looking for another place after this. The final fitting of your glasses are, in my opinion, the most important part.
I also now need to go back and get them re adjusted because they arent fitting correctly. With the hours of this specific store, this means I have to leave work early to get there before closing. Which is a huge inconvience, or wait until the weekend which means dealing with a busy packed store. Either way hopefully I will have a better expereice and maybe I just came in on an "off" day.
