i have had several transactions with Erica and all were handled with expertise and professionalism.my last interaction was an exchange due to an issue with frames etc, she handled the issue with a smile and provided the new glasses as promised.i will continue to buy my new glasses and get eye exams at her Visionworks location.

The staff was top notch! Both specialists greeted with a friendly smile and did not hassle me while I looked around.
