This was my first time using Hurst Lube and Mechanics but will not be my last. They gave me a very fair price on my brakes and rotors. They finished the work exactly as promised and made the whole process so easy! Their staff were courteous and prompt. I highly recommend them and will be telling my family & friends. What a blessing!

Walked in, he was on phone in back room, so I waited. He was laughing and chatting with the person, it was not a business related call. Finally, I walked out to go elsewhere, and he finally came out (without hanging up the phone) and barely helped me. He wouldn’t listen to me, or read the piece of paper I had from another place telling me what it was. It was clear that he did not want to help. And then I realized that they close at 1 PM today and it is 1215,so it seems he was just avoiding work in general. Will not be returning.

Took my 2008 Acadia there to get a the timing chain replaced took him a whole month... I had to call him to check on my SUV for him to tell me it's ready after a month! Went there for timing chain code left with 3 different codes that were not on before going to him. He demanded new wire harness.... There was no issues with it before going to him. My husband looks over the SUV to find multiple missing screws and engine mounts broke and screws in the wrong area. The wiring was even on wrong.... The next morning my SUV won't even start..... It was running perfect before going to see Vincent.Services: Oil change

So brilliant and honest that there is no need to take your car to any other motor repair shop and get fleeced. The fastest AND most cost-efficient mechanic in DFW. Love taking my mustang to Vincent for any type of routine maintenance or mechanical problems, this guy will get it done. No hassling, no BS "problems" to make up and overcharge me on (like many other shops in the area love to do.) Simple, to the point, I tell the man what I need done, and in an astonishingly fast amount of time I'm back on the road.
