I don't get manicures or pedicures often, but I have reasonable standards. I got the Pearl pedicure package, which includes 25 minutes of "massage" including hot stones. Most of the "massage" was barely light caresses. As this was the main purpose of getting the second most expensive predicted package, I left deeply disappointed. Even after the visit, I still have notable rough callouses on my heels and some excess skin at the corner of my pinky toe was not trimmed away at all. Furthermore, my big toenails were trimmed to weird, blocky shapes without communication, and the nail color was put on inexpertly - totally missing in places on half of my nails and the top coat not applied across all of the nail color. Finally, for the last 15 minutes of my visit, a religious song was put on loudly and on loop. I finally left before my nails had cured, as I absolutely could not stand it any longer. I clearly stated the problem, but no move was made to stop or change the music.
I would not go again, despite an otherwise nice ambiance. Was the job done? Technically yes, but one does not pay $67 for a mediocre pedicure.

VStar is a clean establishment. The staff is friendly enough. I went in on my first visit to just have my cuticles trimmed on my nails nothing more and she did a good job. I returned for a pedicure. It was ok - seemed a bit rushed but there weren't any customers waiting. The polish on my big toe wasn't all the way down to the cuticle bed so it looked like it had been on for a couple of weeks and the nail had grown out. So overall it wasn't bad but just not great for me. I don't think I'll return for a pedicure.

I would give 5 stars, however I have had bad experience with two of the staff members. Not as in rude, mean or anything just plain out bad work.
If you want a particular person, I highly recommend making an appt. I'd suggest to you MY go-to person but I'd hate for her to become so requested that I'll have a difficult time getting her. ?

This place does really good work. The staff members are attentive to your preferences, taking note of your favorite nail colors and styles for future visits. Not too crowded and no wait. I came to VStar Nail & Spa with some friends. So sweet and do many different colors and options to choose from!

So glad I ended up at VStar Nail & Spa! My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once. They did an absolutely fantastic job and took extreme care with my nails. It made it so polished! I've never waited more than a few minutes for anything. The staff members are skilled and knowledgeable, staying up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques.

The staff members are skilled in providing gentle and relaxing hand massages, adding an extra touch of luxury to the nail treatment. They always accommodate and get me in right away and the warmth and humor while getting my nails done is wonderful. Had a great 1st experience at VStar Nail & Spa! They does perfect manicures and dip powder.

VStar Nail is my absolute favorite nail salon. I got the dip nails and they looked perfect! They will do a great job for you. I just love getting my nails done here I've been getting my nails done here for a long time. The salon offers professional and precise nail polish application.

Amazing I will continue to only use service at VStar Nail & Spa As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Everyone is extremely friendly and takes the time to spoil you. The salon provides a range of nail care products for purchase, allowing customers to continue their nail care routine at home. I’ve been impressed with almost all the technicians.
