I have no cars blocking my mailbox, there’s one parked maybe 15ft away and be refused to deliver my mail. All my monthly bills were sent back and I never got my mortgage bill. Lazy drivers nearly cost me my home and my money. I would leave negative stars if I could

I sell online so I use this post office quite a bit. They are very friendly and helpful. They have a sense of humor when I go to them instead of UPS. They laugh when they try to scan. I've done it a few times. Lol

I really want to like and trust this Post office because it is in my community. However, my packages have not been getting scanned in resulting in upset customers on my end. Where are the packages? Why does it take so long to check them in or sometimes not at all? March and April have been hard but I'm hoping it's just a rough patch. (That's the 3rd star, for hope.)

Kinda rude and gives out wrong information, I guess to send you away so they don't have to deal with you right away. Told me I can't reuse a priority box even if I covered all the old labels
