This salon was filthy. Used makeup everywhere, dirty rags, hair color still in bowls on the counter. The counter were dirty and covered with clutter. The trash was overflowing and no one would empty, they just kept trying to push it down. I was there forever. The 3 stars are for my hair. It was a good color and the cut was great. Bangs way too short.

So typically, Ulta isn't the best when it comes to customer service. As I was checking out, the cashier had minimal job performance. The cashier next to her stepped in to assist, going above and beyond to assist me with a little issue with the Ulta reward program. I asked her if she was a manager, and she stated 'no, only a lead'...which didn't surprise me. I could see why she was a lead - her name is Ashley and I just want Ulta to know that this employee is top notch. Her communication skills, customer service and knowledge to what she was doing was ON POINT. I want to bring this out, b/c these days the quality in employees has taken a total downturn, especially with Ulta, sadly. I'm giving 4 stars for Ashley which really should be 5, but the deduction in one star is due to the originally cashier that checked me out - minimalist performance, lazy, zero communication/ cs skills. So, thank you Ashley, thank you for taking pride in your job and for helping me out during my shopping experience...I'll be back to this location simply b/c of Ashley.

Vanessa did a wonderful job helping me with a make-up lesson that I desperately needed & introducing me to several new items. So easy since everything was right there to select from she made me look fantastic. I was doing it all wrong for way too long. I will most definitely be returning here.Thanks Vanessa

I loved the associate Nancy! She has been working there for quite some time and she's just the perfect person to ask for help , she also gave me new skin care advice and she knows her stuff ! Very honest and reliable! :)

Terrible customer service, waited in line for the birthday gift just so they could say they were out. They could’ve offered any other gwp or at least have a sign posted to say that they were out so people would know not to wait in line.

I had a strange encounter here today. During my color match she started talking about how America is owned by China and she’s scared for our future. It was a very uncomfortable conversation and we honestly grabbed my product and booked it to the register. I will probably visit different locations from now on.

Was just there and the tall, thin manager wouldn’t allow her associate give me my birthday gift. She said they were out and the associate that was helping me said they could give me one for august as they had been doing but she wouldn’t let her. It’s really sad that good customer service is so hard to find. I spend a lot of money here but will think twice next time.

This store has really gone down hill! Everytime I come in here they never have what I need. I had to hunt someone down to ask if they might have the product in the back. She was sitting down not assisting anyone. She said no. They've been out of it for going on three weeks now. She told me I could probably order it on line. Went to look for some other items, didn't have the color I needed. It seems nobody does any facing of product because stuff is always in the wrong spot. IT'S IRRITATING. I work retail so I know. So I go out to my car to order the product from the warehouse and low and behold, there it is. Tell me if the warehouse has it....why can't the store get it? Makes no sense!!!. I'm over it. Poor customer service experience . Also they never have the free gift with purchase. I know it say while quantity last. Maybe send more than 2 or 3.

Just visited the store to purchase some items that online say they are available for pickup didn't have it said they don't understand why it says that online so I decided to purchase something else that I needed anyways and also pickup my birthday gift and asked if I could update my phone number which I was told I could not do that in store and would have to call customer service so I did and to my surprise the customer service rep goes on to tell me they cannot do that over the phone for security reasons go figure so not only did I waist time calling but I was also lied to about not being able to update my info instore.

Cici in the salon is AMAZING. She gave me a great cut, exactly what I wanted, and is super personable and funny. Book with her if you want a great haircut and tip her well!

It's ok, closest one to my house so it's convenient- they tend to be out of stock or low on alot of my favs. Lines are always long on weekends.

Not sure why this place has gone downhill!!!They keep hiring people with bad customer skills. The Indian cashier kept ignoring me when I wanted to pay her cash. She was rude and threw the money over the counter. Not sure this is a reflection of her culture.In the US this is RUDE!!! I guess is better to order online and avoid dealing with a store servant and worst part no manager around.

I still love it cosmetics and Clinique, so every once in awhile I make a visit to Ulta. Every time I come in, I hope people will be just a little bit nicer than the last time, but it does t happen often. The store is clean and not busy, but the checkout line wraps around the Ulta makeup series. The sales associates are not actually rude, but are not overly welcoming. Ulta does not offer samples.I'm giving this store a 3 star because they are average and it's pretty much what I was expecting.On a good note, Ulta has a lot of different brands, which makes it fun to look around.

So I went in yesterday looking for some tinted moisturizer, well Grace in the Lancome dept was my Saving Grace!! She was so knowledgeable and actually took the time to talk with me about how to actually improve my skin instead of just covering or hiding my blemishes. She recommended the Creme Mousse cleanser and the bb cream moisturizer. I've washed my face twice with the cleanser and I already see the difference! It's definitely a 10!! Would highly recommend Ms. Grace for anything you need when it comes to skin care She knows what she is talking about!!

I have never in all my life had a store refuse me an even exchange, when I have a receipt from just two days prior, just because I'm not a member in their system. It's apparently a new policy and it's the most messed up thing I've ever heard.
