Leaving 5 stars for the MUA Alexis. She is so talented. I went to her for my first time getting makeup done.
I had a vague ideas and a photo for inspiration. She asked all the right questions and was so friendly.
I left with makeup I was so comfortable in. It lasted all day long and made me feel so dolled up.

I wanted to take the time to leave a glowing review for Alexis Harrell! She truly is a master stylist. She made my partner and I so comfortable. She did a BEAUTIFUL job on his hair. She treated us so well and was so respectful. I will be returning for all my salon needs just for Alexis. She truly made our experience so amazing with the care and detail to her service she provided. If you need a true professional please ask for Alexis for your salon needs!

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an Ulta as a Professional Makeup Artist of over 10 years…. I took my daughter to get a couple of things for the sale. Little do the workers know, I used to work for Ulta and I also worked for Sephora in leadership. My daughter and I were not greeted upon walking in. Instead we were 100% profiled. The gentlemen that was working and several other workers were watching me and my daughters every move, the entire time we shopped. While there were many other customers to be attended to. They really need to work on Loss prevention with a very different approach this location. Very rude, 1 female employee was semi sweet in the perfume section but it was obvious that she was making sure I wasn’t stealing. I’ve never been treated like this shopping at any location. My daughter was raised the right way and I have NEVER stolen anything in my life. I also couldn’t even use the restroom because of a “hazmat” issue.

Employees are super friendly and go above and beyond at this location! My baby was having trouble and this wonderful employee noticed and helped me and my baby out. Things like this mean more than I can even express in a review. Thanks hurst team. ?

Try your best to skip this Ulta. Especially if you're returning or exchanging something. Customer service is sub par and I felt the working watching me looking for the one thing I wanted to exchange. Nobody asked to help me look for anything.

Lindsey went above and beyond to help me. Manager was great also. Very clean and very well organized store. I felt very welcome and all of my questions were answered. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Went shopping with my partner and it was VERY HOT inside the store. I immediately started sweating upon walking inside and wanted to walk out right away but my partner needed something so we quickly found it and left. The employees were so nice and helpful! I felt bad for them! I was also very unhappy with the “Pride section” if you even want to call it that. Just the smallest little shelf with random makeup and a few rainbow decorations. I almost looked right over it (I’m sure that’s the point) and didn’t make me feel very “proud”. Do better Ulta.

I wish I could give this store a ZERO!! I walked into the store at noon and it was not busy. I was not greeted. The sales clerks were just hanging out and having personal conversations and not helping anyone so... I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I still did not get acknowledged on the way out. I've given this store
multiple chances and they continue to have horrible customer service and I will not come back to this store. The Alliance ULTA store is AWESOME!!!
