This visit was so relaxing and quick! I was canceled at my doctor so I ran on over here and they took great care of me! Shout out to Nurse Jacquelyn and Registrar Lydia and Doctor Pearce and Radiologist Tech Antoinette. For making sure I felt all better. I highly recommend! The ER smells good and it’s so clean! Did I mention the wonderful staff? They are so Awesome and the staff care!

I woke up this morning with my eye closed shut. I already knew where I was going to go. This is my second visit to ER Texas Hurst and per usual. Not disappointed at all. Everybody is friendly. Kind the service is speedy. They go over everything that you need to know concerning whatever your health issue is step by step even though I'm a healthcare worker they still explain everything to you in regular terms. I love that kind of transparency because the average person don't know most of the medical terms. The staff was excellent so if you encounter doctor Castaneda You are in really good hands and he has a great sense of humor an awesome bedside manner. The nurse Markeda was excellent. Attentive, professional, kind and very friendly. Trina, the receptionist was awesome and the tech Brandon was awesome also. Normally in these situation there's always one bad seed but not here. Everyone was excellent. If you tired of those nasty ERS I recommend this place

I don’t really post reviews, But this place is hands down the best care i’ve ever gotten . most places rarely care about their patients, So seeing the nurses and doctors treat me with genuine love and care and not automatically dismissing me .. They really have the sweetest people working there made me feel so loved and safe . 10/10

The staff is AMAZING THANK YOU night and morning shift. I highly recommend this Er the never disappoint me . Very clean and beautiful nice smelling every time I have gone. Another thing I love and enjoy is the Dr follow up , calling the patient to see how they are feeling really makes a difference. There is never a wait time. The staff is always so attentive and work together as a team which is why I feel each visit I have had there goes so smooth. Thank you all from front office staff to the back my boyfriend was very happy with his care. He said he is coming here from now on. He would rather make that drive from Dallas to get that top notch care. Thank y’all again

We visited this facility this evening with my wife and my daughter. They are both RN’s they have a good standing of the medical profession. We were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and consideration for the patient.
We would highly recommend the facility first class all the way !

DO NOT GO HEREEEE
I would like to start off saying I’m a witness to this visit , the quality of care was baseless and as iff they were just trying to beat her verbally into submission. She came in because after her first visit her issues were not resolved. At the start of the visit her vitals were taken and surface questions were asked , Allergies, family hx. We voiced our concern for the necessity of questions regarding fam hx and he replied “ legal reasons” He then backtracked and said this was just something he had to do. Dr. Castaneda started his phys exam- he used the same tool and cover to check her ears nose and mouth, he then used a tongue depressor to poke her gums and tooth, because she reported tenderness and swelling on the right side of her mouth. There were no gloves used, and he did not take any care to spare her any form of pain. He checked her lungs and her heart and then left the room, After , registration came in to discuss payment. She let her know if Joyel wanted a rx ‘s only the cost was 250 and if she just wanted another eval with tests , the cost would be 600. She voiced that she still had questions for the Dr. Registration went to speak with the Dr and he returned to the room. During that time speaking to the Dr there were multiple times he interrupted her and then the RN walked into the room, Payment was brought up again. These two men continued to speak over her while she was voicing her concerns and when she acknowledged it , they told her she was just being argumentative and aggressive. The RN, Jonathan Ellis left the room saying “ Im done” and walked away. We all ended up leaving the room and everyone started gathering around the nurses station, Joyel told the person that took her vitals thank you for the quality of care he showed her and they threatened to call the police on her because “she was being aggressive and they were done”. She replied” do what you need to do” and asked for a grievance form. The assumption was that she was not going to pay because she had questions as to what she was paying for which is well within her right. Again her issue still is not resolved and she left with no form of reprieve for her symptoms.

If I could give zero stars I would. I needed an antibiotic and they treated me like a drug addict trying to score. Completely ignored the obvious and wouldn't even let me speak. Extremely unprofessional and money hungry.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the emergency room, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in such a setting. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of friendly and compassionate staff who made me feel welcomed and at ease despite the urgency of the situation.
The facility itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was organized, and the atmosphere was calm, contributing to a sense of comfort during what could have been a stressful time.
What truly stood out, however, was the level of care and attention I received from the medical team. They were attentive, thorough, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and answer any questions I had, which made me feel valued and respected as a patient.
Moreover, the efficiency with which they handled my case was remarkable. I never felt rushed or neglected. The staff worked seamlessly together, ensuring that I received prompt and appropriate care every step of the way.
Overall, my experience at the emergency room was exceptional. The combination of friendly staff, clean facilities, and top-notch medical care made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. I am grateful for the professionalism and compassion demonstrated by everyone involved and would not hesitate to recommend this facility to others in need of emergency medical attention.
