Terrible customer service! Not just a single occurrence either. Every time I have been here there is a group of customers looking at each other just in awe of the unpleasant staff. You ask simple questions and they bark their rules/policies at you. Oh and that guy Alex wearing the "friendliness" sign on his name tag will talk down to you like you are a complete idiot. The most condescending customer service employee I have ever seen. Avoid at all cost.. FedEx next door is an excellent experience.

I would give the zero stars if I could. I hate to Make a post. Today October 28, 2023. I went into UPS to drop off a package. It was a return and the return did not say that I needed to put it in a package myself. That is my fault. I will buy one. The man said the cheapest one over there is $2.99 if you can afford it. His name was Alex. This employee said that in front of all these people. I let him know OK which one the price is not a problem. He said the big one. So I went and grabbed a big one to fit my item back in. he said ma’am I don’t think you can afford that that’s not the cheap one. I stated again it does not matter the price. I just need to resend my package. The lady in front of me kept apologizing and so did the other employee, because of what Alex did. He did not treat the two guys in front of me the same way. When I went to get my receipt and ask him his manager, he threw the receipt on the counter and the manager tried to say he didn’t mean it until the other employee said noo he was wrong and so was the other employee who then told the manager what happened as well. You do not treat people like this, and you do not degrade them . I will not be going back to the store due to Alex.

The workers in this location are the worse. Keith would yell at you for everything you do. He just yells on your face! Idk what's the deal with him but damn bro I can hear you just fine with your normal voice! The other guy I forgot his name kinda geeky with glasses. Always complaining about working no one threatened you to go to work so if you don't want to work then stay home. Anyway. They are fast but so rude. So pick your poison.

I came in to drop off an Amazon return. It was in a box. I had an airbill. I just needed it taped to the box. The middle aged gentlemen told me they sell tape and rudely gestured to a wall display. So went over to grab a roll of tape then he sighed and said “I will tape it this one time”. I am a UPS driver and I cannot imagine treating my customers so disrespectfully. Needless to say I won’t be back. Again this is coming from a UPS driver. Rudeness is not how UPS does business!

We desperately needed a document to be notarized to be able to board a cruise ship. The authorities at the cruise ship said all we needed was a hand written document notarized stating that our daughter authorizes our granddaughter to go with us on the cruise ship to Mexico. Our daughter went to this UPS store to get the hand written document notarized. The notary there was very rude and said she cannot notarize a hand written document. We have since found out all UPS stores will notarize a hand written document. This lady was very very rude.She would not let our daughter type the document and she said "our computers are down" I doubt that is highly possible. We are doing everything possible to get this woman who has braces fired from her job. We are also contacting UPS corporate headquarters about this matter. Thanks to this very rude notary at this UPS store we were unable to take our granddaughter on a cruise. It broke our hearts. We cried when we heard the horn blow knowing that the ship was leaving.

Horrible experience, they didn’t explain me that I can just wrap my product with its original box in a simple bag to be shipped. They were forcing me to buy a big box from them. I called corporate and they told me that’s not the case and it is a problem in this local store.

These people are the rudest & slowest. They do not know how to conduct business….they always have a line out the door they are so slow. I have to drive across town to my previous location for knowledgeable & fast paced people to help. They don’t deserve one star rating…awful.

Almost a $200 package is now lost due to the driver dropping off at wrong location, tried to call the local UPS ( the Hurst location) store to only have a man help me for all about 5 minutes before being rude and telling me not to call the Hurst store when I live in Fort Worth and that Fort Worth UPS takes care of it... smh idc I live right near Hurst and that's the main store I use when I have used UPS myself. How rude of an associate to tell a customer not to call the store back and to call around the other Fort Worth locations. Tried to Email y'all with no response, couldn't file a claim for some reason even after entering more info on the website twice. Tried to even get through to customer service with you automated lady saying that "they can't help me" and when asking for a human she says "I understand you wanna talk to a rep but I need more info" when I have more info I was told they can't help and the package "was delivered" which yeah to the wrong F****** address. It says it's at a dock? Signed for by some one I do not know? Who tf is Kennedy? Not me. Get me my package back or I will never use UPS again. Y'all lucky I was finally able to get through to a real customer service representative this morning. We will see what happens.

I was here yesterday to return my internet provider's equipment. The lady who helped me did not seem interested in being there whatsoever. She mumbled her way through telling me the process of how the equipment would be provided, then just stood there looking at me if I had any questions or concerns. I then asked her after a brief stare down, "Is there anything else I need to know?" She replied, "No." Then I asked if I could dispose of the box the provider gave me and she refused saying, "We can't dispose of that here." It just needed to be recycled, I can't imagine that a cardboard box couldn't be disposed of. Clearly a complacent and lazy employee who lacked professionalism and care for her job. For the record, she never gestured a greeting or a goodbye nor thank you. Forget that, I will take my business to another UPS store. Whomever owns this franchise, I'd suggest cleaning house on your staff and do better.

This gentleman named Terrel was very patient with me because I had a multiple package to return to Amazon. When we go to extra mile and everything that you do we make the difference.Thank you Terrel for going the extra mile today.

My sister was trying to ship a package cross county. Jeese was super unprofessional. First, he kept typing in the address incorrectly and going off about how there's only a 50/50 chance of delivery. When asked about why, he said nevermind it's 70/30 and then it was 100 when we asked for the package back. He would not return it and we had to correct the address. He was kept insisting that we said our last name wrong and he would know because he's married to an Asian. Okay, you're gonna say that to Vietnamese people...when you're Latino? What? I guess it's a great place if you want to gamble with whether your stuff will actually get where it needs to be. I'm not a lucky person so I'm going to really enjoy the emotional rollercoaster of the tracking updates.

The employees in this store are all very friendly. No matter what day you go or what person you get they all seem to have a pleasant attitude and understand the importance of getting the customer in and out as fast as possible. I go here often to purchase services such as notary, printing and Amazon returns. Today I met the owner who notarized our paperwork. Very friendly also. I highly recommend this location over the others. There are two other locations nearby my home. However, I choose this location because of the service and professionalism I have received every single time I've been there over the years. Kudos to the staff and their pleasant and inviting attitudes! ?

Dropped off a large package covered with FRAGILE and as I was walking away the clown-haired girl who received it pulled off the counter and let it slam on the floor. If there's any damage then I will be back for a fun visit for me but not so much for them.I will never step foot in this carny-trap again.

Best UPS drop off location in the mid-cities/Fort Worth area. Mornings are the best time to go because they do very busy from lunch to close. The employees have always been friendly, extremely quick, and helpful. I've purchased packing supplies, returned Amazon products, and also returned Charter Spectrum equipment. Definitely recommend this location!

Just went to this store for a prepaid return but needed a box as the return box shipped to me was dammaged by UPS upon delivery. They wanted to charge me $25 for a box for a laptop or $8 for a regular one they said could damage the machine. I told them I'd be comforable sending it back in the same UPS branded box it was shipped to me in, but they didn't have those boxes. I decided to go accross the street to PostNet and they were not only amazingly friendly and kind but happened to have a donated box just the right size that they GAVE to me. If you have trouble with this UPS Store try PostNet accross the street even if they can't help they'll surely be much friendlier.
