Came in on Saturday to a packed store with a long line. I came in to send snacks and gifts for my family that I brought back from Japan. When I got to the front, Blake was able to help me. I want to thank Blake for his customer service and making the process efficient. He helped me find the right solution that was the most cost effective!

Today I had to get something notarized and Alex was polite and helpful and provided great customer service. I am grateful they offer this service.
This is the location I always visit to send packages too and the customer service is always great.

Super nice and courteous!! I had oversized return items and Karla went above and beyond to make the returns easy! Even when my QR codes shuffled - she never missed a bear. She remained so sweet and calm. It’s service like this why we ONLY use THIS location for our Amazon returns and our UPS needs! AMAZING!!

This store is always on the ball. They do a lot of volume, and they address issues and customers with professionalism a quickly as possible.
One example is Alex. Alex answered my questions and offered the best options with a big smile.

I went to this location the morning of 8.19 right after they opened. I had my baby with me and was trying to carry her and the box I was bringing to mail back. As a mother we figure out how to get things done, but I was surprised that the guy working came running to hold the door for us, and got the box from me. He was so nice and we talked about kids and family!
I've not had the best service at this location before so this was a pleasant surprise. If I need to return I'll likely try to come first thing in the morning so that maybe he's working. Thanks so much
