The Mail Room and staff are the epitome of customer service and value.
I've had a private mailbox for a while now and never had trouble receiving any of my mails/deliveries. The staff there are very down to earth, thoughtful, and just wonderful people who are there to provide you with the best experience for all your mailing needs.

Small store in a small strip mall. But the service is the best! I'd give him 6 stars if I could. I've been there quite a few times over the years and he's the most helpful and delightful person to deal with. And I've seen him treat other customers just as well, too. And now that I know he does FEDEX and UPS, he'll be my go-to guy for shipping. Such helpful service is so rare now. Go here! Go here. Really. I'm not making it up, either. This is from a real person and real customer.

You want to know I love about this place?1. Customer service2. You can get cost Of what it’s going to cost you to mail something between FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL and pick the one that is the most cost effective.3. The owner is always trying to get you the best cost for services.

We have kept a post office box at the mailroom for a couple years now, and try to use them to ship items as much as possible! The customer service is top-notch, quick, knowledgeable, and always friendly. Though we still get most of our mail at our home, I am willing to continue to support the Mail Room because of their great service! Thank you, John!

This place is the best! You can email them prints that you need, pick them up quickly and the prices are great. You can also mail packages through USPS, fedex, UPS and the other major carriers. The shipping prices are good and way easier than going to the post office. Highly recommend!
