Mitchell had Robert come out the very same day I called for help with my electric wheelchair, which quit working on me. My chair is very important to me as I am an amputee and need it to get around. I would not hesitate to recommend these two to anyone. The care and attention go above and beyond.

The Healthcare Store in Hurst TX is wonderful, they met our every need, our power wheelchair was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.

As a Nurse Case Manager I encountered a patient that was in dire need of a bariatric wheelchair and was not able to afford to pay even the smallest amount. After multiple calls to several agencies in the metroplex without result, I called John to inquire about possible help. John did not hesitate once he realized he could help and he delivered a wheelchair to my Patient the same day. His generousity and kindness and willingness to provide the needed DME to someone that could not otherwise get it was amazing. Thank you to John and the Healthcare Store for such a positive experience.

Paid 600 to replace my seat slings on two wheelchairs. They were not replaced, my seats on both chairs are 100% worse!! Plus 160.00 more for nothing!! (Had to buy two more slings and had them replaced by a reputable place) When I did get my chairs back my rims on both my chairs had been switched for bad rims or mine were slit. My home is 100% wheelchair accessible, I have been no where for my rims to be annihilated like these!! Also my privacy slips had been switched to old larger ones that are too big too stay on my chairs!! Unless you want to overpay and get ripped off I suggest you go elsewhere!!

We have been missing a piece to our electric scooter and weren't sure if we would find one locally an we would have to order one we prefer to buy local if we can. So we called an Mitch told us to come down an he would help us the best he could. We arrived at the store an they had a lot of scooters an different options. They also have things for the home to assist with people who are disabled or for the elderly. Mitch helped us with finding the exact piece we need an it wasn't marked up at all, we were thrilled finding the pieces we need now I can go places where I can't normally go.

We lost the seat post to our our scooter and needed a new one today. I called and Mitchell answered and was great over the phone. He asked if we could bring the scooter in so he could check if anyone he had would work with our scooter. He went in a out a couple of times with different posts and was able to find one that matched the scooter and seat. Great customer service.

Jen and the crew are amazing! My husband broke his knee and we had searched all day in the freezing cold trying to find a wheelchair to rent. The healthcare store team totally went above and beyond for us. They will never know how much their kindness meant to us! Thank you for everything! I came here to rent a children’s wheelchairs and received excellent and informative service. Price was affordable for a month rental. Pickup and drop off was easy.
