They have been helping us with our pets since like 2009! I'm so grateful for them!
If you are patient you will do great. If you are in a rush, you should probably visit a vet clinic. There is a line and a wait, but they text you when you are to come in the building. The vet was so sweet! Actually everyone was from the awesome young man signing folks in to the very informative and helpful young lady at the counter accepting payment. A great group of people! Thank you!
Thanks TCAP for all you do in our community.

I have used other TCAP locations for my other animals I have owned and never had issues! Today I took my 3 male cats in too get nuetered! First off they watch me struggle too get in the door with 3 cat carriers while the young girl stood there and watched second the lady at the front with long gray hair and glasses is rude!! Came back too pick them up and the other lady working the desk was very helpful and informative but when the young girl brought my boys out she said they peed in their kennel so they put news paper down and put them back in their kennel! When we got home they were soak with urine! Their indoor cats and have never been outside and I can't bathe them so now my house smells too high heaven even after wiping them down! This is cruel too leave animals soaked in urine in their kennel for God knows how long! It takes 1 minute too wipe out the urine and keep going!! We will be looking for a actual vet for now on!

Man, it's sad, awesome and beautiful at the same time. If you are not a pet owner you wouldn't understand. These rescue pets are the best friends you will ever have. The love, and loyalty of rescuing a pet from the shelter is more than I can ever explain. Please adopt. Thank you

I had a great experience!! Lexi is great at her work. She handled a pet parent that was verging on rude very professionally!! She needed no assist!
Jill worked with my pet and I very well and worked me in even though I had the wrong date. Very satisfied!!

good low cost animal clinic, wait time is a bit long, but ok considering the amount of people that go there

I came to the Hurst location this morning to bring my foster for a surgery. I specifically asked when I needed to come back for my foster because I have a job, so I could plan accordingly. They said they would call me when they were done. Then I received a phone call from their vet or assistant (older lady with long hair and glasses), telling me how I dared to be late and that they close at 3:00 p.m. when nobody told me that, raised her voice, and hung up on me- very unprofessional. Also, when I got here, people were still picking up their dogs, but somehow I was the problem; when I told her that, she told me, “Focus on you” “are you aware that now you have to pay an extra for making us wait?” -and she was so focused on that they even forgot to provide me with my foster’s medicine at the checkout. I understand that misunderstandings happen but that’s not the way to treat the customers. I have fostered several dogs and have also two resident dogs, and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience with a vet. A courtesy call to remind your customers that the dog is ready won’t hurt. Not coming back to this place ever again.

A great organization doing exceptional work for animal health and welfare. Low cost spay, neuter and vacs.

First let me say I do appreciate that programs for the Fort Worth area spay/neuter are in place because there are way too many animals without homes. I had my male dog neutered here as well as male cat. The first time was when I brought my male dog. After taking him back one of the assistants came out and told me if I could pick him up early because he was being a “crybaby”. I’m sure a lot of the animals feel that way in a strange place but ok. Then I went up to to the desk and an older women with long gray hair and glasses had a haughty attitude when told her I was here for the program. As far as the surgery it went well for him and I do appreciate the time everyone took to care and make sure he was ok. I brought my male cat in and as far as checking in things went fine. Got to the desk and of course I get the same haughty woman with glasses ??♀️ I tell her I’m there for the Fort Worth spay/neuter program and here comes the attitude all over again. I bite my tongue and keep it moving because I just want to get this done and over with. Everything goes fine and on the way to pick him up I hit a lot of construction and traffic on the way delaying me. I call to let them know and arrive there at 330 pm. Without any warning I’m told I have to pay $20 because I’m late to pick him up. Thank goodness I had the 20 dollars on my card. Won’t be using this location again.

Really great place! Took my cat to get spayed and vaxxed. I was really nervous leaving her but the staff is really sweet and reassuring. They took great care of her and did a great job explaining how to care for her after! Really clean and organized place!

Asked before spay surgery if somebody could tell me appropriate dosing for dog pain meds at her weight because I already have all the meds at home from other dogs who have had surgery, and they said they would have somebody tell me when I picked up in the afternoon. Afternoon roles around, and they refuse to answer the question because all of the vets are gone for the day. ? Suuuuper helpful.

I've been coming here for my two large dog's vacs visits and other services since birth in 2017 and not once I was disappointed.
Talk about consistency!
