I have been wanting to upgrade my phone for awhile, but was debating on waiting on the iphone 17's, but really wanted the pink iphone 16 plus. Well i made the decision to switch from my 14 pro max. i didnt want to wait for the phone to be shipped so i checked which location had it in stores via the T-Life app..Welp this location was the winner. I went in with my mom and was instantly greeted and taken care of. They weren't busy and we didnt feel rushed. I initially was helped by Mauricio Olgiun, he was super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. when another customer came in they switched out and the next guy Kevin Holleman was just as nice, pleasant and knowledgeable, they were super patient and helped me the whole way through the upgrade process, also Steven Curry was helpful as well. Team Work make the dream work. I normally go into the T-Mobile that is closer to my house on Eastchase, ALWAYS the worst experience. I am willing to travel to this location for all my needs now. Great experience and i LOVE my pink iphone 16 plus!

They lie to you about how much something is and when you decide to pay in full they make you finance without you knowing!
Make sure you read the fine prints!

The disconnect between customer service and the stores needs to be fixed. If customer service says something, it should apply at the store.
1 star. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, and that costs the customer unnecessary expenses.
T-Mobile is going downhill fast.

Mickael at the T-Mobile Precinct Line store provided outstanding service! He was incredibly helpful in assisting us with upgrading our phones and took the time to ensure we fully understood every aspect of our business lines. His customer service skills are top-notch, and his bilingual abilities made the process even smoother. Mickael’s professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Bruh. I came to pick up a phone. The guy who gave me my phone convinced me to get a phone case and screen protecter saying it was part of a protection insurance plan. He told me I could come in anytime and get a screen protector whenever I needed a new one. Well... I needed a new one and when I went back I looked like a damn fool because it wasn’t part of my plan! 😒 ends up he set me up to purchase these things and it wasn’t the protection plan he told me it was. Thanks for the lies. This is why I can’t trust coming into the stores.

I went to this store for phone service, explained to the rep that I work rideshare and delivery services, specifically answered that I'm not a veteran, and she signed me up for a Veterans discount AND 65+ senior discount (I'm 24) without telling me. My bill doubled over 3 months because I could not verify these discounts I didn't even sign up for. They WILL lie to you about the phone plan costs just to sell it to you. AVOID THIS PLACE. I switched to AT&T 3 months ago and my bill has not changed AND I'm paying less than I was before tmobile raised my bill monthly, go to the AT&T on Melbourne by the Northeast Mall over this place.

We had the worst experience with the tmobile on centralin bedford (a third party retail store) and ended up 15 minutes before close at this location and both men were SO kind and patient!!!! Mikael was especially helpful and turned an inconvenient and upsetting experience (not with them) into a great one. will definitely come to this location from now on!

I can’t speak for others, but I worked directly with Michael to switch carriers and establish a business line and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I ran into issues after calling over the phone and he was again very helpful in stepping in and making sure that I was taken care of. I was very satisfied by the assistance at this location.
