This store is so helpful. The man who helped me last night till after hrs, I think his name's Michael, and his colleague helped me get the best deal after my phone broke during hail and storming. He didn't even check to see if his sunroof was open while he was helping me and I felt so ?? bad

They literally deleted my last review for some reason I’ll be screen shooting this one for evidence if they delete this one too but my last time here there was a over weight man with glasses who was very rude and refused to help me with out me showing my ID I was tryna pay a pre paid phone which does not require a ID I just went to the T-Mobile down the road where I was helped and didn’t have any issues I recommend to just go to that one

Very rude and dismissive. A I could care less your bothering me from doing nothing attitude. I usually go to a different one but popped in to pay on my bill. Won’t come back to this one. Manager that was apparently clocking out was only nice person wish I could’ve dealt with him. One of them was literally sitting down doing nothing but talking on the phone like LITERALLY! Was gonna upgrade and add a new line but decided against it for that exact reason. Go to another stay clear of this one you might inconvenience them.

I was a metro pcs customer for almost 10 years, I went into metro to get a new phone and was convinced to switch to tmobile. Both the customer service representative for metro pcs and tmobile made me the following promise "for only 5 more dollars a month, you can get 3 lines and a Hotspot on each line". This was a lie, the new bill was $30 more and they did not give me a third line. The customer service agents I talked to to resolve the issue told me this was not something I qualified for. The tmobile account is a 2 year contract that I cannot get out of. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. The phone call was recorded for quality assurance and I feel that if a customer service representative makes a promise the company should be held to that promise. I would never choose tmobile again after this. All I wanted was a new phone and instead I was given something I did not ask for and tricked into a 2 year service contract that had none of the services that were promised to me at the time.

Came here to get screen protector replaced for iphone. The location on Rufe Snow did not have them in stock for the 13/14. Raunaq greeted me promptly and quickly found the generic free replacement that is part of my plan. I was in and out within 15 mins, overall a pleasant experience.

Yesenia was a great help. We moved some lines around and she and her manager Cindy are just great. Definately will recommend my friends, family and clients who need to have their accounts handled by professionals to this store.

The lady that helped me today was super rude, because I wasn’t purchasing only upgrading my phone. It was a “waste of her time.” No customer service skills whatsoever was rude from the start. Definitely wouldn’t purchase anything from her just because of how rude she was.

Yesenia was such an amazing help!! By far the most patient and nicest T-Mobile associate we’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. She was extremely patient (and I mean extremely patient because I know our whole situation was difficult), she was by far more than willing to help and even went as far as to tell us how we could save money. I know my family can be kinda difficult too?. We’ve been having issues with T-Mobile for quite a while and she made our experience all the better and made up for the past bad experiences we’ve had. I think they should definitely hire more people like her! Thank you Yesenia!!!

My encounter with Bri at T-Mobile was utterly appalling. Despite addressing some services, her shockingly rude attitude, highlighted by offensive remarks about my girlfriend's phone, was completely unprofessional. I felt egregiously rushed and pressured into a purchase, despite refusing due to her abrasive approach. The lack of a proper breakdown of the walk-out price only added to the frustration. If T-Mobile continues to hire individuals like Bri, who lack basic customer service skills, a serious reconsideration of their personnel choices is imperative. There are undoubtedly more qualified and customer-focused individuals who could replace her and enhance the overall service experience.

Alexia was my first point of contact and was very helpful with replacing my phone that would no longer charge. I went back to pick up my phone and was assisted by Cindy, great attitude and hung in there with me while all my data was switched over and even helped me with a few watches, gifts for myself and my kids. Today I went in to take back a watch because my son just didn't care for it, I was within my 14 days and was able to process the return with no push back, thank you Ryan and Cindy for being so helpful and courteous to my situation. everyone here has a great attitude and make me want to return to this store if I need anything. ?
