Went there to get some shoes at got there at 8:28pm on Saturday and the doors were shut I asked the young lady what time they closed and she said at 830 when I further investigated they close at 9pm that’s just sad to do this to customers they refused to let me in!!!!!

Poor customer service. My spouse asked for a shoe size, and the lady with the long purple braids acted like it was to much of a hassle. We looked at shoes for about twenty minutes, and no one came to ask us if we needed any assistance. SMH

Sold me 2 different size shoes I bought for daughters school shoes said they where worn and wouldnt give me right size . My daughter worn them a week she said can't help u , wouldnt give me her name or corporate number super rude, buy shoes there every year , they should have checked them but they want take fault, they want to blame my 10 yr old . As a business owner my self sometimes u take the L , to make things right for the most important part of your business ur customers ?.

Bought my daughter a new pair of shoes from shoe palace as we did last year , it was tax free weekend they where super busy and gave me 2 different sizes. They wouldnt replace the wrong one when I went back today said we should have noticed instead of I'm sorry we should have checked , no they blame a child a 10 yr old , refused to give me name or corporate number because I'm guessing she didn't want them to know who was being so rude . As a business owner myself sometimes u take the big L , to take care of the most important part of your business ur customers period.

My son took my 10 year old granddaughter during tax free shopping for school shoes. Needless to say this store and every other store was busy. My granddaughter found the shoes she wanted, she had bought similar shoes here before, tried one who one of the for size and was sure this was what she wanted. I have bought shoes at many stores and mostly the cashiers check the sizes before they check you out. Well dad out 10 year didn't check the sizes and cashier (payed employee of the shoe store did not check either. We took them back in today to correct this expensive mistake and the girl in the store refused to exchange the on really large shoe for the correct one. So now the only pair of new shoes my 10 year old have is one size 7 1/2 and the other one size 9. I am very disappointed in the customer service at SHOE PALACE at North East Mall and do not recommend this store.

My husband and I were taking turns standing in line for pictures with Santa. My feet were hurting , I found a great pair of comfortable indoor/outdoor slippers . As I was getting ready to cash out I saw they had a great deal on some socks, so we got those as well. The lady was extremely helpful, courteous and kind.
