Pumps are incredibly slow! On two different occasions and two different pumps, the auto shut off did not work and gas was pouring all over my car. Wasted money on gas and the immediate car wash, let alone the environmental repercussions.

Frozen pumps, terrible bathroom that looks like it hasn’t been maintained in months, no soap or paper towels, hand dryer broken, toilet brush holder had disgusting sludge. Worst gas station I’ve ever been to.

NOT WORTH STOPPING HERE!! Pumps are slow ( one time it took 30mins to pump 20.00) and if you go inside, if the door works on the side your pumping, the person is behind the counter on their personal phone talking. Then they either say "the pumps are slow" or "try another pump". I sure will, either another Shell or the station ACROSS THE STREET. This place shouldn't even be a Shell !!! And for the record, I have given them a few tries just to make sure that it wasn't an isolated incident.

Its dificult to even give this store one star. I stopped on a road trip to let my children go to the restroom. When I asked the store clerk where it was his response was "go that way and figure it out". After entering the restroom of hell my son cried and my daughter refused to even try to go to the restroom after begging to stop the car for a break.When my husband took our second child in he was met with disrepect and the clerk asking "how many people will need to go" . I dont suggest going to this store for any reason. Find a port a john it will be cleaner.

This place is the worst! The pumps are very slow and they don't warn you when pay for gas inside! Took 10 to 15 minutes to get 5 bucks of gas!!!

Horrible, gas pumps are very slow and have been this way for couple of months. They aren't even trying to fix them. Will take about 30 minutes to fill your tank.

Difficulty getting it to read card. Go inside & nobody looks at you much less try to help. Diesel was cheap.

Really awkward and felt bad for the guy that was refuse service. The clerk was really rude to everyone period and when I went to check out the clerk kept going on and on about that he doesn't waste his time on people who don't spend a certain amount of money and that he should leave. I should have just walked... no one should ever be treated like that.
