I was worried when the box containing my order (which arrived very quickly) was soaked on one end. The USPS box practically fell apart because it was so wet. Happily, because of the extra care the seller took to package the contents, every single item inside was in perfect condition! And it included a panel as a gift! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Looking forward to ordering from Sew It Up again soon!

I called today to see if they service brother machines. They don’t… but the woman on the phone was still incredibly helpful! She helped me troubleshoot several potential issues, which eventually led to me solving my issues on my own- saving me the trouble of having to take my machine in anywhere. So, so kind! I will shop here in the future.

I had my machine tuned up here a few weeks ago. When I dropped it off, I was nervous because sometimes people act like my 1990s Bernina 1005 is an ancient artifact, but the people at Sew It Up are familiar even with the older models and seemed excited to see it, which made me feel better. Tom did a great job and left me a very informative voicemail when it was ready to pick up (it only took a few days)! It's been running beautifully.The shop is great and has lovely fabrics, and even a small but sufficient selection of garment patterns (mostly beginner and intermediate basics, which is exactly what I was looking for). I'm glad to have found Sew It Up!

Good gravy, this place has a lot of fabric! One trip to Sew it Up and I have a new go-to shop for fabric and Bernina support and supplies. The fabric selections are so fresh and fun. While I was only shopping for quilting cottons, I noticed some different substrates as well. They had a great variety of manufacturers, even a few bolts of Liberty of London. The shop is very well organized and clean. Now to the real feather in Sew it Up’s cap: their employees! Both times I have been in the shop I received unparalleled customer service. I was assisted by several different women both times and found them all to be knowledgeable and delightful. I cannot wait to go back. Seriously, it is like a candy store ❤️

Thank you so much Sew It Up Bernina! I was incredibly surprised when I opened my package! I ordered a piece of fabric to complete a project and not only received my order, beautifully wrapped in tissue paper but also a Lakeside Story Minnesota State Panel!! Being from Minnesota this panel has such special meaning and I'm hoping to create a quilt for a grandson with it. I am never shopping here again.I came in with my 12 pound service dog and was greeted with a very judgemental "can we help you with something?" I was just looking for some fabric. Not 2 minutes later another lady comes up to me and tells me they don't allow pets. First of all, there's no signs up saying so, secondly, I informed the lady that mine is a service animal. My Dog minds her own business and is not dirty. This lady demanded that I hold my dog "because of the fabric." She acted like my dog being on the floor was going to permanently ruin all the fabric in the store.I don't appreciate being treated like a leper just because I have a service animal.

Typical old cronie quilt shop. No face mask sign outside. Employees not wearing masks yet one ask me to put one on! How rude! I won’t be back. And we wonder why so many local small businesses fail... it’s the people!

Store is only open 10-4, this makes it hard for those of us that own or work at other retail stores 10-5. I called and ask it I could come in a few minutes earlier than 10, in order to get the thread I needed and be able to get to my retail store, in time to open. They would not consider the few minutes early! Not very accommodating at all!
