Be careful here..I gave cashier $5.00 for bottles of water which totaled $4.38..she kept my. 62 cents and said she gave it to me...smh ..I know her register was over from taking from me and other customers ?

Walking out with my hands full, was asked to have my receipt checked and for security to "peek" in my bags. SHE LITERALLY WATCHED THE WHOLE TIME I WAS BEING CHECKED OUT. Makes no sense. Will not be returning.

They started checking receipts of paying customers and I'm not down for that. As a paying customer, it's not my fault other individuals steal. I'm not going to be harassed to have my receipt checked after literally paying for my items 2 feet away at the register. Absolutely no. I'd rather shop anywhere else than be subject to fascist receipt checks. Bye Ross.

Very bad customer service I came and return a dress and today was a last day within the 30 days of return which I was buying other things as well.
The lady ask for an Id for what ? She said the computer ask for it but I been shopping for Ross for years and never ask me an id for returning or exchanging something.
In the receipt it never stated you need an Id to return or exchange something. So I end of leaving without my other purchases and without my exchange.
I will not be returning to this location for the rudeness and please Ross trained people to have better customer service & specially the Hispanic lady with the brittle blonde hair.
