& I just wanted to express my #gratitude for the young lady and gentleman at #FedEx #hurst for going out of their way to ensure that my unique/tedious request was a #pleasant #learningexperience for both myself and the gentleman's wonderful new #trainee as they #patiently assisted me to scale everything down while he kindly explained the process to both of us and asked #preferences, showed me the screen one at a time to make sure it looked right before #printing and she cut each out to make sure each #specialelement #fitperfectly together for this client.
