Dude lied and said they only had one kind of .510 vape and proceeded to say we have a 7-day money back guarantee if it doesn’t work for me. So I go to return it because of course it doesn’t work. Some older white guy trying to fit in selling people the wrong thing because of tik tok. Then opened some cart they probably only sell and said oh it does work sorry can’t give you a refund. They’re an old school JOKE. You old people need to get a life seriously literally stunted your own growth trying to act young and cool you’re an embarrassment. I said what I said just trying to get over on people disgusting. Try VAPORFI in Arlington so much cooler up to date and the people KNOW what they’re doing not just guessing and will work with you to get you the vapes you need. Not this place ??

PPV Hurst is my new favorite! It's a far drive from where I am but worth it! All of the employees there have always been super helpful in explaining everything to me. If you don't know what you're looking for or what you want, they give great recommendations every time. Definitely recommending to everyone I know!

always friendly nowadays. not always in-stock with what I need (I use vape pens but Ohmies closes too early for us). 5⭐ bonus app used here.
update: if I could give less than 1⭐, I would. website hasn't been updated in YEARS! I dragged my recuperating (multi-level spinal fusion) rear there, while out at a doctor's appt (all new faces since we used to drop off goodies for the guys) because the website said they had 50/50 juice again (we stopped shopping there about a year ago when they went to all 70/30). I was so happy they had the 50/50... until they didn't. when I stressed that maybe they should update the website, I heard "that's not my department" and "maybe you should call". hello? THAT'S their idea of customer service now? I kept getting cut off by someone who wasn't even helping me til I told him to butt out. then I told him to shut up. it's MY fault the website is outdated? it's on me that they only carry 70/30? oh hell no!
when I raised my voice, a very threatening guy basically screamed at me to get out of the store (we were already leaving). they all had to get the last word.... it was weird. as we're trying to leave, they're yelling stuff at us, causing me to painfully stop walking to respond. finally, upon the last "get out and don't come back", I reminded them I've no reason to anymore.
I used to live this place. the attitude was chill and customers mattered. now, they've too much testosterone and zero customer service skills. all I wanted was an acknowledgement that it was on them and maybe an apology. instead, wasted both of our time.
btw.. you don't call the police to report someone for trespassing when they're walking to their car OUTSIDE the store. juvenile.....
