Brought my PC in with a few different issues without knowing what exactly was the cause. Joel immediately figured out the cooler was one of the issues and promptly got to figuring out what else was causing trouble (CPU). They were transparent and communicative throughout the process of the repairs and had great pricing compared to competitors. Highly recommend!

Had a issue where couldn't login or detect drives as detected with free diagnostic. Got almost all my files back and avoided reimaging OS and loosing programs. Gave good instructions on checking/getting data from other drive. Everything works flawlessly and would recommend. So appreciate the time, expertise and free diagnostics.

My Microsoft Office stopped working so I was looking for a reliable shop that was also price friendly and I found all that at PC-HELP. Tom was my expert, he was very friendly and knew exactly how to fix my problem and had me up and running in 30 minutes. I highly recommend PC-HELP.

G-r-e-a-t place to do your computer business! Fair, honest, affordable and always very helpful. I recently brought my o-l-d Lenovo Thinkpad in to see if we could upgrade (blush) Windows 7 System. Okay, okay, I know I took it took the "hilt." The man in charge late in the evening showed me a newer Lenovo with Windows 11. I bought it and could not be happier. Thank you AGAIN, PC-Help. These guys are truly an asset to their profession.

Thoroughly recommend this wonderful company! Thomas was amazing and so helpful with getting our tapes digitized and turned around so quickly within 24 hours. Nothing was too much of a task for Thomas and I couldn't recommend a better company!

My PC got fried in a thunderstorm and I needed help. I use my PC to manage a large workload for my career and I couldn't go without it. I found PC Help and they not only fixed the computer, but made legitimate recommendations on how to improve my PC based on the budget number I provided. They were timely in their responses, considerate, open, and honest.We did have a hiccup that occurred when I first took it home. It was working at the store, but stopped working due to a software issue when I got home. At the time we didn't know what was going on, which delayed my use of the computer by a couple of days, but they fixed it at no extra charge, explained what was happening, made some software recommendation changes, and sent me on my way.I'm very grateful. Tom is hilarious and Joel is a stand-up guy.

Absolutely love this place and the guys who work here! A couple weeks ago I sent an email asking if they did gaming pc upgrades as my old PC was 5 years old and struggling to keep up. After looking at the specs and what my goals were, we decided a new build would better fit my needs. I couldn’t be happier!!With just a few ideas Joel built me the most gorgeous and beefy PC I’ve ever had and I still find myself staring at it in awe.These guys love what they do and you feel it every step of the way. They are a joy to work with and I will be coming back here again when my new pc needs an upgrade.

Took my high-end laptop into PC Help after it turned into a doorstop and I couldn't fix it. In a short turnaround time, they were able to tell me it was a pricey motherboard. Instead, Tom suggested a great lower cost strategy with the manufacturer, and took the time to walk me through it even though PC Help wasn't going to make a dime since I wasn't opting for motherboard replacement. Honest, helpful, timely! THANK YOU TOM!

Be wary coming to this location. About a month ago I brought my laptop in to get help removing the screws and to replace the battery. The older gentleman at the store at the time was very rude as he pretended to glance at my laptop for half a second only to tell me that there was no way to fix it and that no one would touch it. Then he told me it is not possible whatsoever to find the battery anymore. Even though the laptop is just 2 years old. Because of this I went home defeated and just let my laptop sit as a brick for a month. Yesterday I decided to take it into another shop. Not only were they incredibly helpful and polite but he removed the screws in under 2 mins and then helped me find my battery as well. I finally have my laptop back no thanks to PCHELP! ?
