The initial person that came out to test our watee really knew his stuff and was very kind. The technicians who installed the unit were honest and awesome. They definitely went above and beyond when installing the unit and I am very grateful for how they helped me.

Technician were wonderful people. Properly demonstrated use of product (home water filtration system). Very professional, informative and patient. Product was installed efficiently. They also cleaned up after the work was done.

The rep was very courteous and responsive. Being a veteran and the fact that the company favors and supports veterans is very refreshing. He explained my options and gave me the information to make an informed decision. I am very happy with the level of service I got.

Brad represented Onit Home with class and professionalism. He didn’t try to push a sell but educated us to simply help determine which water softener and filter was best for our family. People often times don’t think about water quality and how much of a role it plays in our health. Give Onit Home a call and ask for Brad. He will give you an honest diagnostic of your water and make recommendations from his own personal experience. Loved the service and the products!

We got our water tested and went with the Ranger system along with the RO under the sink. This was suppose to be a one day install and here we are at two weeks and still no kitchen faucet. The wrong color faucet has been goofed twice meanwhile Onit Home has been paid in full. Our tanks are located in the garage and we asked if the piping could be low to the ground since they are running across the visible back side. The installers reply was “that requires extra parts.” Also, all trash from the install was left in our garage which we thought was unprofessional. I’ve taken off work 4 times now and this process has been very inconvenient for my family.Update after this complaint and call from Onit Home: First off thank you for following up on this. We didn't go with the temporary sink option because we were told within 4 days our correct colored sink would be delivered/installed. Had we known the order would be wrong a second time, we would have taken the installation so at least we had something usable. Thank you for getting out here the next day after this complaint to get it installed. Marquise has been great and we really appreciate the follow up. I have moved this up to 3 stars and will update again once our install is complete.

This company is running a scam service in offering water filtration installation.I was initially contacted by them through my home inspection company after recently purchasing a home. A representative offered to come and complete a free water test. The day he arrived he “tested our water” and found supposed impurities to the highest degree. He claimed that our area’s water was worse than Flint, Michigan and he was surprised it had not made the news. I was shocked as I had never heard such claims. I asked him to provide proof. He became defensive and stated he was very busy and worked 16+ hours a day which prevented him from having the time to supply proof. He then showed me some of the supposed test results which contained a glass of muddy disgusting water which supposedly came from my fridge filter. He then went on to try and push an expensive filtration system which costs more than $6000.I advised him I would think about what he offered. I then quickly purchased my own home water testing kit which showed no detectable harmful levels of any chemical the salesperson claimed was in my water. WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS! DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!

The ONIT team was on time and gave me a heads up text prior to arriving. The whole crew was extremely friendly and professional, they also did an excellent job at explaining everything. The service itself is already doing the trick and you can tell right away that you're getting what you paid for and then some! Happy to be a customer and happy to spread the word to my friends and family!

These 5 stars go specifically to Tracey who is part of the tech support. She was extremely pleasant, gave very clear directions, and was able to help us solve our issues with the panel all over the phone while saving us money in the process.I've dealt with other support teams before and haven't had as pleasant of an experience or even received answers immediately the way I did today.Thank you Tracey for being a rockstar.

Experience with onit:When I was moving to Texas, the inspection company that I used referred me to onit for my security system. They seemed like they had a good plan and the monitoring price was not bad. I thought that it would be more like ring where everything is controlled through one app and easy to work with. That is not the case, my doorbell constantly has issues, and I’ve had one of my panels go down for no reason. Besides that, after the first year of service, they raised my rates and wanted to go even higher.Here is where I really lost my faith in them, when I change my internet provider. My cameras went off-line and I did not know how to fix them. Since the cameras are through a separate app, I didn’t even realize that I needed to call onit. I spent about 30 days just trying to figure out who I needed to call. I eventually called onit and they seemed like they were able to help but said that I couldn’t fix this on my own and needed a technician to come out to fix it. That was frustrating in itself, but then they said that it would cost me $99 to have a technician come out.I bought the equipment from them for $3000, but need to pay $100 because I changed Wi-Fi providers once in 3 years!?! I really thought that was absurd. So my husband called back and they basically told him it’s not their fault we changed internet providers and no one works for free so $100 is valid.After a little back-and-forth, they said that their technician would call us within the next three hours to walk us through getting our cameras back online. I waited for three hours. No one called so I called back, they told me he would call me so I waited another hour. No one called. So I called back. I needed to run errands at this point so they told me he would call me after five. Guess what! No one called even the tech-support person that said they would call me back regardless didn’t call me. They told me he would call me the next day around 830 guess what? that’s right, no one called.So the moral of the story with them is that if you’re going to get it installed and not touch anything ever and be OK with device is going down intermittently go with onit. If you are looking for better, customer service anymore, user friendly app experience go with someone else.I’ve had Onit for 3 years:Pros: I like the quality of their equipment They gave my professional set upCons:? expensive set up an installation? there are two different apps to run the alarm system and the cameras? their software is not super user friendly? there is always one piece of equipment in my house that isn’t working properly? they tied into my old system that was already there and didn’t redo any of the window sensors? their service to existing customers is lacking.

Never recommend this company. They may install the devices cheaper, but will charge you hefty on their services. I ABSOLUTELY don’t recommend them and also if you are a customer, DO NOT BUY ANNUAL MAINTENANCE. Its a big trap and the customer service is pathetic. They will talk to you as if they are favoring you. When they have to offer you service, they wont give you fullInfo and are very nice. You will see their true colors once you have signed and the amount is deducted from your account. They will be rude and dont care after that.

The sales staff and installation team were all very professional. They were very flexible with the timeline of getting everything installed as well. My only complaint is that they left a large box of trash on my sidewalk after delivery.
