He is a ?. Bad communication skills. He did a horrible job on my son $20 headband. Once I told him. He got very mad and gave me $10.00. I would say look for another location.

To owner response: let me give you some advice. Being patient and courteous with a customer when you answer the phone will help you have a better client base. I had no idea my phone would cut out but hanging up immediately the first time it happens is rude. There are so many other ways you could have handled the situation like not answering when I called or asking me to hold while you helped your other customers. Good luck.Called to ask for prices and he said it depends on what it is so I told him what we were looking to have done and he responded but my phone cut out so when I told him I didn’t catch any of that he straight up just hung up. I wouldn’t trust this place to have any sort of customer service after that.

Wonderful business to work with. Had a unique project to custom embroider 3 caps. They worked 1 on 1 with me though the design and thread colors - completed in 1 day! Awesome business - highly recommend New Embroidery Plus

I needed some initials embroidered on our new stockings, and I had seen this kiosk in the mall. I popped in on Sunday afternoon, the gentleman working was quiet, but not un-friendly. He quickly understood what I wanted, showed me a font I liked, and told me they would be ready in an hour or so, and to pay when I picked up. He also let me pick the specific color of red thread for one of the stockings, as there are many shades of red and I wanted it to match as much as possible.He texted me when they were ready, and they look beautiful! I felt the price was fair considering how large the initials are on the stockings and the script. I would definitely use them again!

The proprietor is pleasant and helpful. He not only assisted me in choosing the best color and placement for the design, but his prices cannot be matched by any other shop in NE Tarrant. Worth a trip to NE Mall.

Ronnie is a Pro. I needed workshirts embroidered. He was very nice to accept my request. Sent him the logo by email & brought what I had to help as a template along with the shirts. He text me back the next day to let me know the order was ready. Very reasonable & they look amazing!I showed up during his lunch break to p/u my order & had to wait a little for him to return. Being in the Mall just walked around until he came back. Highly recommend...
