I called the number posted on the door after 5 pm on a Saturday evening and Nate met me at the store within 5 minutes. He quickly diagnosed my phone’s problem and I left the store within 10 minutes with a working phone.

Today I called to see if I was able to bring my husband’s iPhone in for repair and he told me to come right in. He was quick, personable, knowledgeable and has amazing prices. He even threw in something extra for us. My husband and I were so impressed by Nate. We definitely won’t be bringing our electronics anywhere else now!

On the phone the owner answered by asking, "What?" And did not seem interested in the phone call. He seemed audibly irritated but I ignored it. I asked him simple questions like what the price was, do you have a wait time, to which he got increasingly irritated and short in his responses. I again ignored it and brought my phone in for repair, to which he told me he would install the battery for my phone, but there was a possibility it could break the screen and I would pay for it.The install was quick and he only charged $25 for it. He did not glue on the battery so now I can hear it flopping around inside the phone. He also damaged the sensor for calling, so now every time I make a phone call, the screen doesn't turn off causing my cheek to hit random buttons like mute, end call, or hit speaker by accident.I understand people have good and bad days, but man, answering the phone and being nice and personable is part of owning a business - if you can't at least do that, then why bother having a business anyway?

I am normally not a review person, but after leaving the store, I knew I had to write one. Nate was extremely informative while diagnosing my phone for me. Also, he did not pressure me into buying anything from him, and I felt that he truly was trying to help me the best he could. Will definitely be going back when I need more technology fixes in the future.

On 5.19 I took my Iphone to have the back glass repaired. Nate did great work. About an hour after we left, we notice you could not hear anything when making phone calls unless the call was on speaker phone. Unfortunately this was an hour into a 3 hr drive for my daughter to return to college. I had to go get her phone and bring it back to be repaired. Nate was closed for a week when I got back with the phone, so had to wait for him to open to get it fixed... I understood this. On 5.30 I was able to leave the phone with him to fix the issue. When I arrived to pick the phone up, he adivsed a screw was loose, he fixed it, and apologized that i had to come back. He also advised the back is cracked again!. We were able to work together to come to a resolution to get the back repaired again. When I picked up the phone all seemed to be in working order. I got home after a short stop at the grocery store and logged in to complete my review of this business only to have the phone shut down, and reboot its self while I was doing so. Nate was closed my this point. The phone continued to do this every 5 - 10 minutes for the whole night and was still doing so in the morning. I called and left Nare a voice mail. He returned my call within 20 minutes of opening. While he was baffled as to what could have caused this, he advised me to bring it in and he would look at it. After testing many things, Nate was still unsure of the issue and advised he would continue to investigate to find the issue. Later in the day he called me to tell me he had found the issue, and explained it to me. I appreciate Nate working with me all week to get the various issues that arrived resolved. The issue with it powering down and back on seems to be completely unrelated to his repairs. He advised another customer came in with the same issue with a phone he had not repaired. None the less, he was determined to find the answer and get my phone back to whole. Much appreciated. We will be back for any future phone repairs.

I have used Nate for an ipad repair and laptop repair. He knows his stuff and repaired some things I thought were not possible. He is very professional and fair in pricing. Highly recommend!

Nate's Cell Phone Repair is simply awesome. This was my 2ndvtrip here and there's a good reason I returned for his service. He repaired my phone and it works like brand new. He performed the services needed on the spot. He has it all tied together properly. Excellent Service, Very Friendly and Personable. I'm glad I found Nate's, He is the real deal.********50 A+ Stars...

11/11 update, while you can read original review below, I am updating that Nate called and tried to make things right. Turns out person I spoke to was an employee, updating to 3 stars due to owner trying to make things right. If you go, I hope employee treats you better… here’s original review, I called and asked if I could have my camera glass fixed on my iPhone 13. Person who I spoke with told me that they didn’t have the part. I asked if I could pay him to order and fix and was told no. I believe this is cell phone repair shop??? I tried to call back to figure out what went wrong and was hung up on twice. I won’t return as much as I want to support a local business… I don’t deserve to be treated like I was and I hope this review improves Nate’s future business model… to be clear, Nate is writing things that were not discussed in the call. My ask was if Nate could order the part and then I would bring my phone in for repair. When I called back to clarify the issue, I was hung up on twice.. it’s quite curious that I was heard will up until a convenient moment for being hung up on. I’m sorry to have to write this review and I hope it’s helpful to others

This is the best place for screen repair ever!!!:)Went to Batteries and Plus and paid 3x more to fix my phone….I came to Nate and he not only fixed the repairs from the terrible job they did….my screen repair is the best I ever had!!!!!Looks brand new:)And it wasn’t nearly as pricey as the other place.Thank you Nate:)I will be back again to have my watch repaired!!!!
