Refuse to use this gas station anymore. My card doesn’t work at any of their pumps ever since they have opened and they blame it on my bank card yet u do not have this problem literally at ANY other gas station. To add the staff is slow, intentionally slow. Some are rude and take breaks while there is a line of 7 people in the store and no one else at the register. They are snappy to anything you say or ask. And any time I’ve mentioned my card not working in the past they get very snappy. Obviously they are tired of being told this. But the owners refuse to take responsibility and fix their machines.

The girl at the front desk hates her job and is extremely rude all the time. Even my kids have mentioned how rude she is when we come in the store. She refused to give me her name on 9/27 at 3:19 was working the register. She’s always away from the desk when we come in and takes forever to come back to the register. Murphy please do better.

I don’t know if the lady cashier today at around 1 just hates her job or what but every time I come in she is so snappy and all around unpleasant. Lacks customer service skills.

Went in shortly after opening, say "hello" to cashier, and she just gives me a look. I went and got my drink and then stand at the counter to check out. She just continues to do whatever she's doing. I asked for a specific nicotine product. She grabs them and just tosses them on the counter like I annoy her. She was kind enough to speak my total though. Also...this location says it opens at 4:30am on here and "updated by business" 1 week ago. It is not open at 4:30 or the rude employee didn't care to open it then. I'm not sure which one is the case.

The lady working today had absolutely no brain. I pre paid a wrong pump number accidentally $40 cash minus a $2.14 purchaseAfter returning to my vehicle with my 5 year old granddaughter I realized it was pump 6 not 16. I went back to the cashier and told her of my mistake and she told me the man at pump 16 had already started pumping gasI quickly rushed to the customer and told him if he had started to pump already that I had accidentally prepaid at the wrong pump numberHe tells me he will be in the store after he finishes pumping and will handle his payment for his gasI go back in the store and let the lady know he is coming in to pay for his gas and that I still will need mineThe man enters the store grabs himself a bottled soda from the cooler and got in line to pay. When he gets to the front he tells her how much gas he had pumped, $20.93 of the pre paid amount she wring him up for his drink, takes his debit card and charges him for something ND gives him his card back.I figure ok she is going to now transfer my prepaid amount being he had paid for hisWell no she tells me he got my gas and she has my change of $16.93....I try to tell her again the problem but she has no clueI am very disappointed in the customer service at the store and the uneducated staff

The lady was very rude all the lights were on but the pumps were off ,she looked at me and ignored me, I walked up to the door asked mam when are the pumps going to be on ,she went to her outside microphone and said don't be touching my door and I'll open when I want 2 minutes later she turned the pumps on

This one is all for you Kiya, she really has a heart. I was rushing through my evening and left something at the counter and she remembered me and I got it back. What a blessing. Great location and a great selection of jerky too!

Have yet to find a single gas pump at this location where the tap-to-pay sensor actually works. Also, the Slurpee machines always seem to never have Coca Cola flavor working.
