Horrible charged me 25 for a phone screen that didn't fit the screen completely half of inch space around entire screen horrible at trouble shooting problems with phone and service issues

avoid this place by all means. They play with people. Needed an account number for a customer that is transferring to us. We dont want to see ppl leave but we also dont inconvenience them further. Metro gave the guy his account number, and it was COMPLETELY WRONG. The customer didnt drive so he had to walk back over there and this time got a different account number. Avoid these children that work there and their childish games

Buyer beware. Metro will mislead the consumer and not honor their deals. I have been a Metro customer for 4 years and will be switching carriers after dealing with this location. When I told the manager that she was going to lose a customer who has 5 lines that I was going to another carrier she said "go ahead". No value for their customers.

There is an employee here who is a 100% grade A Butt crevice ! Had the nerve look at me and ask me what he's suppose to do. How the heck do I know ??? I don't work for Metro! (That's exactly what I told him) My grandma-in-law needed help with her account. Dude didn't even know how to spell a simple word that you learn in elementary school. Wish I paid better attention to this guys name so you could all avoid him. He couldn't even be bothered to use the phone and call the rep that usually helps my GIL in Arlington. It took the guy in Arlington about 2 minutes to help us with a simple issue and we were back out the door, happy. Don't waste your time here. I wish we hadn't.
