I was a metro pcs customer for almost 10 years, I went into metro to get a new phone and was convinced to switch to tmobile. Both the customer service representative for metro pcs and tmobile made me the following promise "for only 5 more dollars a month, you can get 3 lines and a Hotspot on each line". This was a lie, the new bill was $30 more and they did not give me a third line. The customer service agents I talked to to resolve the issue told me this was not something I qualified for. The tmobile account is a 2 year contract that I cannot get out of. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. The phone call was recorded for quality assurance and I feel that if a customer service representative makes a promise the company should be held to that promise. I would never choose tmobile again after this. All I wanted was a new phone and instead I was given something I did not ask for and tricked into a 2 year service contract that had none of the services that were promised to me at the time.For all metro pcs customers who are happy with their service, do no fall for this "deal" and do not switch your service to tmobile especially over the phone as the customer service representatives are apparently allowed to lie to you to convince you to switch your service and you cannot back out once you realize they have not been honest about what they are offering.

I had a great experience today at this store, their customer service is amazing! The managers and employees made sure my problem was fixed even though it wasn’t their mistake. Such a wonderful team!
