“The lab tech person who draws blood for serum is very good making the experience as painless as possible. The order is made up quickly and efficiently. They are now in another location not far from where they were before and there is a nice coffee shop across the street where you can have a quick snack while you wait for your order to be filled.”

“After my last visit did NOT go so well, I was AMAZED at how this visit went. I arrived a bit early to sign in and was expecting to wait after my previous visit (waited for about 1 hour to get my blood drawn). Fortunately, there were 2 phlebotomists this time and I was in the room before I even completed signing in. Very quick and professional service this time. I happy that they got more lab techs and recommend this site to all looking for an easy, quick, lab with friendly & professional staff.”

“We came here to get tested for covid and I am so thankful we did. Once we were finished they said they also administer vaccines if we needed one. We already had scheduled at another clinic for the vaccines. We went to the other clinic and while we were sitting in the parking lot they told us the scheduled us incorrectly and only had my husband and I listed not our kids that we already signed out of school to take care of this. I called Dr. Joy and told her what happened. She and her MA told us not to worry and they will make it happen. They saw us short notice and Dr Joy was so kind and gentle with the kids. We are in awe of the love, patience and care Dr Hoy has for her patients. Very grateful for her.”
“As an adult, who does not like being stuck with needles, my phlebotomist did an excellent job barely felt it and the entire staff was so kind and very fast and efficient. I forgot that my appointment was a day after I went, but they were still able to accommodate me very quickly. I believe I was in there no longer checking out 8 to 10 minutes.”

“I always get excellent service at Quest on Randol Mill. It is easy to set up an appointment. I get a reminder before my scheduled time with a link to check in. I can also check in with my ID and insurance card on the kiosk in the waiting room. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and my blood draws are always quick and virtually painless. The staff are always pleasant and caring and get me in and out quickly, eventhough I'm a tough stick. I will never go anywhere else.”
