Clay and the finance team make car buying the easiest and most stress free process ever. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Hiley and in a few more year will very likely be my dealership of choice in the Metroplex. Great selection and great service at an affordable price really makes it hard not to stop by for a test drive. Thank you Hiley team for taking care of me and my family!

Handcap access is a Joke. No Signs that Even say Parts. There is No outdide entry to partsA 30% ramp for access that makes shure your wheel chair will go backwards trying to access entry.To access parts you have to get in a Joke of a elevator with every one staring at you in your wheel chair.Then the parts access total is 2 1/2 feet wide.The old design was fine what ever Fool allowed this new design must of really hated any one Disable and all of us Disabled Veterans. Mazda of Denton dont have this kind of Joke Dealership i would never go to a Hiley Mazda dealership again after this.

The best thing I can say about Hiley Mazda of Hurst is that they're upfront with telling you that every preowned car they sell comes with a $1200 fee which basically amounts to them washing the car. Flat out it's an extra $1200 in their pocket, out of yours , and that doesn't matter what model you're buying. These kinds of fees in this economic market to me are stupid and anytime I drive by there which I drive by there every day I don't see a single customer, so maybe that's telling. They also have this Instagram campaign now where they're soliciting people to buy their car at more than they paid. This has got to be out and out bait and switch, so how or why they do these things is beyond me, but it tells me this is a dealer to stay away from.

My family drove an hour to look at a specific car. They were not willing to work with me on a 10 dollar difference. The team there demonstrated poor customer service and were disrespectful.I see why their ratings are so low on Yelp now. We tried to work with used car department and even told their team if you can meet us at a certain number we will but the car today.If the team there had any customer service I would have budged because of the great service they provided but we were not willing to comprise with some classless car salesmen!

Very friendly staff but the service department is extremely slow. Dropped my car off for an oil change and was told it would be about an hour. It took them 2+ hours to finish it. Highly disappointed with their lack of urgency and complete disregard for their customer's time.

I just had my car serviced and the process was quick and easy. Scott the service manager got me right in and I was out in about 30 minutes. I got an itemized print out of the work performed and I was on my way.Thanks again.DM

I love Mazda and their customer service at the parts counter definitely worth saying something he ordered my parts when I was broke without a deposit or me paying for them so when I did have the money he had the part waiting for me.

I saw a few cx-5's online that I was interested in so I went up to the dealership to check them out. Ended up leaving with a cx-50 thanks to Dorian. He was extremely kind and helpful. Go see Dorian! He went above and beyond.

We came to trade in our sonata and they said the vehicle needs new tires what a clown of a business, these people will do anything to make a quick buck off of you. Finance guy sucked and didn't even suggest cheaper options. Keith was awesome! But the finance guy sucks!!! L**** said these tires are bad

After being in a wreck that could have easily ended my life, I found myself in need of a vehicle, as my 2019 Subaru Forester had been totaled. I pulled into the dealership expecting to look at a CX-5, but clandestinely found a likely used 2021 Subaru Forester, Sports edition - essentially what I had, but upgraded, with half the miles. My salesman, Bruce Lallier, was an absolute dream to work with. He has integrity, honesty, and knowledge. I am so glad that I found this dealership and that I had Bruce to seamlessly assist me through the process. Management here is compassionate and willing to take the time to meet your needs. I am very happy with the customer service and attention to detail I received.

just a few hours after agreeing on a price, paying for a mechanic to look at a car, and offering a deposit to have them hold the vehicle, they sold the car when I was 40 minutes away from the dealership. I have wasted my time and money on the mechanic. I can't imagine doing business with them ever after this experience. unprofessional poor customer treatment by salesman Leo, and Hiley who allows this to occur.

I am extremely disappointed in the business practices of this dealership. I purchased two vehicles on the same day and was led to believe I was being treated as a valued customer. Was I ever deceived! I didn't quibble over price as I believed they would treat me with honesty, dignity and respect. Purchase a new convertible for my wife and bought a certified pre-owned Mazda 3 hatchback for myself. I only asked for the used vehicle to have 4-new tires and rebalancing. (I drive a hard bargain). Well last week tires blew out at the side walls on Hwy 183...did not hit anything. Tire store told me they had been used and old...bough car in 2020 tires made in 2016. Obviously they did not put new tires as agreed on my car. Called my salesman and he agreed that we had a deal for replacement of tires for 4 new ones. Then he calls back next day saying his used sales GM only replaced one tire and that was the deal in the notes. Sad My next call is Saturday to Ed Wallace then to the Hiley family. They should fire this crooked guy! FFF---
