AMAZING experience with Gerald Harper today. We were able to find a mattress quick and he gave us a Phenomenal deal as well. Very friendly even with my husband who was a big grumpy about having to make such a big purchase but he really made it great in the end and was very professional!

I called the store mid-day and asked if I needed to make an appointment to stop in during the evening, since I already had a good idea what we would buy, but it was the last day of the Labor Day sale. Erick, the salesman who answered the phone, told me I was welcome in at any time because he would be available until close. We dropped in around 5:30, and Erick immediately greeted us and started reviewing the models we were trying to decide between. He had in-depth knowledge of the mattresses/bases and was able to easily explain how each one might work out for us, given what features we were interested in. He patiently answered our questions as we tried out each one so that we could truly experience how they felt and understand the differences. After we decided on a mattress and base, he thoughtfully watched us try out different pillows and gave us recommendations. Erick was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, and led us to make decisions without pressuring us, which we greatly appreciated. Kudos to Erick for doing an excellent job! I would highly recommend anyone in the area to work with him on a new mattress purchase.

Dale the District Manager happened to be working on this wonderful Labor Day. Dale greeted my husband and I with a smile and ready to assist us. All of our questions were answered and we were given great information as to what mattress would best fit our needs. No pressure to purchase. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.
Please keep Dale and the company made a great choice in hiring him many years ago. Thanks Tracy ?
