I think people in general need to take their hours posted more seriously because at the end of the day its their customers experience dealing with them and if its their first impression it will probably be their last considering all of the other options in the area. Like i said, if they took their posted hours more seriously then it shows they take their customers time more seriously. I dont do business with people who waste my time. Id rather take my money elsewhere.

Called ahead to see if they had the sigp365 xmacro. They did. They had at better price than 3 other shops. Was in and out in 20 min. That's how I like to do business. Not too wide of a selection but they had what I wanted and I was good to go.

This place and the owner are AWESOME! The best Gun work around, and custom work is not a problem. I had my AR in for a custom paint and some other stuff. It was beyond perfect! I cant recommend this place enough, seriously check them out you will be happy you did. Fast turn-around on work and education on anything you ask, real friendly place.

Contacted them about a custom rifle I was having built by the manufacturer. The manufacturer suggested I contact a local distributor because they receive discount prices. After Kentucky Windage contacted the manufacturer, they told me they were going to charge me full MSRP. The prices listed on the Kentucky Windage website are well below MSRP for the same manufacturer, but I guess because I'm having the manufacturer build a specific rifle, they can take advantage of the customer.UPDATE: MSRP is just a suggestion and not what dealers and shops pay, and the manufacturer even told me dealers/shops don't pay MSRP. I was able to purchase the rifle from a different shop for less than MSRP.

No inventory. The guy at the counter could care less . Walked out after high hope’s about some consignment guns. Left with the feeling this store is a front for something. The guy is not interested in selling anything,,,
