All kinds of goodies for you to look through. I found some gold plated finds for jewelry repair, some thread spools in colors I didn't have, 2 great smelling candles, and a lovely little bracelet with a blue heart on it.

My recent visit to Joann's Fabrics left me incredibly disappointed. Despite having my receipt and a genuine desire for a simple exchange, the employees refused without offering any explanation. The lack of courtesy and transparency in enforcing their return policy has left me feeling frustrated and genuinely disappointed.

I am not sure what has happened to this store. But it is so messy and poorly stocked and disorganized. And never any staff and closes early randomly. Was decent a year ago. Guess I need to find another one farther from me. Almost looks like this store is getting ready to close permanently.

Always a long line. Line due to cashiers who are so slow and overly talkative. 5 people in line today and cashier spends 5+ minutes talking to a little kid. Store was closing early due to no staff. Always messy and unorganized. Clearly management needs to be evaluated.

You need to hire more employees. The line is always long and takes forever. If you can’t hire than increase your hourly pay. It is terrible customer service to have soo many people waiting in line and only one cashier. While managers are stocking shelves.

Once I found the item I needed I realized I had questions about which one would better suit my project. There were no available associates on the floor to assist, the line at the fabric counter was 7 people deep and I didn't have time to wait. I did make a purchase and the cashier asked if I was a member, I told her I was not and she said that's fine I'll apply the discount anyway. Very polite, professional and that made my day!

To start with the sales associate was perfectly nice and very helpful.What irked me was that I went to pay with a $100 bill and was promptly told that they don't accept $100 bills. I dont know if it's a store or corporate policy, but in a store where it's very easy to spend $50-100+, not accepting large bills makes no sense. I almost had to walk out because large bills were all I really had.Edit: I just realized the cashier "inspected" one of the bills I gave her after I had to pay in $1s and $5s and now I'm really thinking this may have had to do with the fact that I was looking a bit unkempt. Which again, is not ok.

Love JoAnns. If I can't find what I'm looking for at Hobby Lobby, I might can at JoAnns, and vice versa. This time I needed Parrafin wax. Hard to find locally. Got it at JoAnns plus a discount. Another favorite there of mine I'd discounted "picks" all year. Have found an unusual waste basket. Awesome fabric selection and notions. They're a winner. Need more help for sure though.
