Cheryl did our photos and was amazing! My kids are a handful and she really went above and beyond for us. Sweet person and wonderful photographer. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment for 1:30 and when we got there they did tell us that there was a wait for I had informed them I had some where to be at 3:30 and she said don’t worry I’ll be out by then but now it’s 3:08 and there is still 3 people in front of us and we had to leave

Absolutely worst experience of my life. Scheduled family photos, walk in and the photographer states she just got her and “doesn’t know what’s going on” we get directed to set up in one studio (might I add the studio apparently doesn’t have air conditioning and is only cooled down by fans) after waiting 15 mins for the photographer to get set up she was unsuccessful and made us move to another studio. They only do 15 min sessions. After 11 pictures later we were told our total was $159 but that she could give us a discount to make it $119, a single photo was $59 and three were $89. Unfortunately we didn’t get any pictures where everyone was looking at the camera so I asked how much it cost if we didn’t want any pictures and were quoted $44 dollars. I spoke to the manager who offered to repeat the photos but after a horrible hour in a hot studio and a tired baby we declined the offer. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! THE QUALITY IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT could have hired our regular photographer for $50 more pay her $35 a picture instead of $59.

I have never posted a negative review before but I booked a session weeks ago. It involved a friend coming into town for a limited amount of time. I get a call literally a four days before over the weekend saying oh we’re closed that day now so sad too bad.
It’s now too late to book anywhere at anytime. The level of unprofessional is astounding. We were going here as a joke anyway since their pictures are 90s level awful so I guess that tracks to begin with. Keep being Penney’s level guys.

Booked during the fairy special season they had. Photos looked beautiful after making the purchase I walked around the mall and realized her fairy wings had been placed on upside down. On my way out which had to have been like an hour and a half I went back to cancel the order and the lady stated that she would have to call Monday to see if it was possible. Since its been a while I don't even remember when she called but when she did she offered to redo the session but there weren't even any more near by locations pretty sure she called me the day after they had them at the Parks location. So here I am still waiting on the call to redo the session that I paid for.

DO NOT BOOK THIS STUDIO THE EMPLOYEES STEAL!!! My boyfriend’s wallet was stolen by the black photographer with the curly hair at this studio. He took it out & sat it on the counter next to the computer in the small studio to take photos with our newborn baby. We called back to the studio and the photographer lied and stated that she hadn’t seen a wallet. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS STOLEN!!!

Total waste of money and the staff are liars.I called two days ago to book an appointment for family portraits with an infant. The appointment was at 4:15. I got the confirmation email.We get to the appointment today at 4 pm, there’s already a family waiting to check out.We get checked in, I let the photographer know it’ll only my infant being photographed today. We finally left at 450 after doing nothing but waiting.The photographer was so careless to the fact that we booked an appointment, waited nearly an hour with an infant only to not be serviced and told they don’t know when they’d be ready for us. The photographer didn’t even bother to address us, she was busy making sells. She had the young girl assisting her address the issue. The photographer actually avoided us in all honesty.The younger girl tells me that they tried to call me to confirm our appointment but I didn’t answer. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.Just book an independent photographer.

Horrible experience ?I scheduled a 4pm appointment for my son's graduation pictures and sat and waited for 41minutes, before being seen. After being told to wait at 3:58pm, no one acknowledged us and employees continued to walk passed us as if we weren't waiting for our scheduled appointment. This will be the last time I ever in life, utilize this location. Poor service ?

I ordered some handkerchiefs for a Christmas present. I ordered them a few months back starting my shopping season. I just opened them, no doubt my bad, but they were a polyester blend and not 100 percent cotton like I ordered and paid for. Of course they won't let me return them because I ordered them a few months ago. Here's the thing, If they had actually filled the order correctly I would not have this problem, and if they can not get a small order right, why would I chance a substantial order.

I bought a purse online JCPenney. I went to pick it up at Hurst JCPenney. The purse was smaller than the picture online. I immediately turned around to return the purse telling customer service I'm returning because it's too small. They had to have their manager come out to say I couldn't return the purse. I said why as I I didn't use the purse and unable to use it. She said some things can't be returned. I said where does it say that online things can't be returned. She finally complied and returned my money. I bought a better purse in the store. I looked online and it did not say anything about handbags. I think their staff needs to verify stuff to avoid ignorance. I won't purchase anything online again at JCPenney Hurst mall. I like Alliance JC Penney better. I've never had issues there with online purchases and return.

The billing dept is charging me late fees on their card that I pay on time every month. They're saying for the month of October my monthly payment went up to $53 just for that month? My monthly payment is $42 and I pay $50 and they increased to $53 causing my account to apply this crazy $$ amount late fee that customer service couldn't explain why? Spoke to another service rep with again no explanation the reason for just October monthly payment amount increase? my statement for November doesn't specify any increase for October and no late fees, but received the text of late fees? With no explanation reason why???? CARD ...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHADY WAY TO GET MORE MONEY FROM CONSUMERS EVEN IF MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE PAID ON TIME?
