I usually shop at this location but I might start driving out of my way to the Southlake location with the experience I had at the Hurst location. The older women with the white hair and glasses is very rude and ruined my shopping experience . I believe she is the manager. The other sales associate are usually very friendly.

Usually James Avery has the nicest sales people working, but the older lady who works here with straight grey hair and glasses…yikes very rude. Other employees were nice and helpful.
