Hands down the best place to purchase a lifted truck or get any service done. So glad I found this place. I will never buy from anywhere else again.

World class service. Gabriel in service had me in Wednesday morning out the door Friday lunch time. 3 inch lift on some 24s vossens absolutely stunning. Autoplex will definitely be doing my second build. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well professionals from top to bottom I see why they are killing the game.

I went in for a transmission service on my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport.
The issue is that they filled the transmission with Mitsubishi CVT J4 fluid, which is supposed to be greenish in color. However, when I checked the fluid at home, it was reddish.
I called the service center to confirm the color of the fluid and ensure the service was done correctly. They confirmed that the fluid should be greenish and insisted that the service had been properly completed.
So, why is my fluid reddish?
Their explanation was that the reddish color came from the previous fluid and that it mixed with the new fluid. This doesn’t make sense to me. I believe they should have flushed out the old fluid entirely and filled it with the correct new fluid.
Please correct me if I’m wrong, as I’m not a mechanic, but this doesn’t seem right to me.
I recommend checking the fluid before leaving any service center. That was my mistake—I trusted them blindly.
Nathan, however, was very helpful and informative throughout the process, and the waiting area was nice.
Update-- 9/11/2024
Here’s an update. After my last comment, the manager called me to explain why the fluid is reddish. He said it’s because around 4 liters of my previous fluid (out of a total of 8 liters) was left in the transmission. He mentioned they didn’t drain all the fluid because it was a basic transmission service, which cost me $250.
I’m fine with that explanation—it makes sense.
However, the bigger issue is that the fluid is leaking. When I checked yesterday, the dipstick showed the level was quite low. I also checked the transmission pan under the car, and it’s leaking.
I called Nathen again to see if he could help. I explained the situation and sent him the picture. He said it’s unlikely to be their fault because, according to the picture, the leak isn’t coming from the drain plug. He mentioned that they only drained fluid by removing the plug.
My main concern is why this happened right after the service, when everything was fine before.
He offered for me to come back to the service center, which is 35 miles away from my house, and said they’d cover the towing if it turns out to be their fault. However, diagnosing the issue would take a full day.
I’d prefer to go to a local service center and have them cover the cost if the mechanic confirms it’s their fault. I would trust a third-party mechanic more in this situation, and I don’t want to spend money on Uber rides to and from the service center. Unfortunately, Nathen insists that I come back to their service center.
I’ve decided not to return to this service center and to forget about the money I paid. I’ll take my car to a local service center to get the issue resolved.
I hope this helps.

The team demonstrated a strong sense of urgency. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 10:00 appointment, and they were able to accommodate me.
In addition to performing an oil change, they carefully addressed other issues with the vehicle, including resetting and adjusting the tire sensor.

First off my sales manager Kevin Sparger did a amazing job every step of the way!!! The whole experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle and that's simply all because of Kevin. He responded quickly, very professional and negotiating was a breeze. Hurst Autoplex was very fair in my trade and the asking price of the new vehicle I wanted but it didn't stop there. I asked Kevin if he could test drive the vehicle for me since lifted Jeeps are notorious for bad rides due to poor quality installs, but he did one better and had the shop mechanic take the drive. Once the mechanic returned he relayed some news to me which I really appreciate it because the transparency was noticed. Kevin went the extra mile and had the issues fixed before I ever took delivery of the Jeep just WOW!!! I'm truly blown away with Kevin and Hurst Autoplex's customer service I never shopped with them before but I will be a returning customer for years to come and will recommend anyone in the market to them. So that being said if you're looking at a new vehicle don't hesitate to call Kevin he's the man!
