Haven't adopted yet but the facility was clean and the animals were being looked after. I am excited to meet some the the kittens that are being held for spay/neuter. The staff was very helpful in discussing the animals personality and they were willing to set up a meet and greet before adoption to see if there would be any personality conflicts.

The people at this location seem really appreciative of the donations that I have dropped off for the animals. The Keller and NRH shelters not so much. I live closer to those 2 but will go out of my way to donate here!!

These people are the rudest people I’ve ever seen. When they are out in pet stores they are very rude. I’d never adopt from them ever. When they are outside they have the dogs in little bitty spaces in the vans where they can barely move and you can hardly see them. It’s ridiculous. This is not a good place never adopt here staff is rude as well.

Great staff great facilities. Ive been to humane societies all over Dfw. This one is head and shoulders above the rest. Get your next best friend here.

Everyone there were very helpful & professional. The adoption center was very clean. There were good areas for us to visit with the pet we were going to adopt. I recommend this adoption agency 100%.
