HobbyTown is a fun and exciting hobby shop with locations in Arlington, Dallas, Hurst, Rockwall, and Lewisville. It is described as a very dangerous place for reliving childhood, offering a huge selection for everyone. The store features an exciting collection of vintage aircraft kits, Gundam models including Master Grade and Perfect Grade, and a well-stocked model rocket section. There are RC planes everywhere, traditional RC accessories, slot cars, telescopes, and a small but high quality Airsoft section. It also carries games, puzzles, blocks, crafts, kites, toys, and collectables. The staff is very nice, helpful, courteous, amazing, and very knowledgeable, going the extra mile with great customer support. The store is a most "old school" legit shop and a must stop for any DFW area visit. Prices are not any higher than ordering online, and the store can price match online items. HobbyTown also buys vintage collections and offers repair services.
Randomly dropped in here because I was on this side of town, and I was really impressed with their large inventory.Nice selection of Gunpla at a fair price, and a little big of everything in the nerd hobby space.

Very dangerous place for a 55-year-old grandfather reliving his 5th or 6th childhood (in excuse for his grandson) but seriously they have a great selection of Gundam models including Master Grade and Some Perfect Grade which Is what I am looking for. And have the tools, supplies and paints to make your nest masterpiece.

Unlike my experience with Horizon Hobby, Hobby Town has been great! Leon has been very helpful. Not just with my purchases, but he has given very good advice and he took care of my local club membership. The prices aren't any higher than ordering on line so I will patronize the store in person for all needs
