“I’ve been going to this location for a while now and love how clean the facility is. I’m giving it four stars instead of 5 because not only are some of the staff quite stingy when it comes to wanting 20 min on a Hydromassage bed, the owners allowed the four beds to go out of order one by one… and now none of them have worked for a couple of weeks now. I know at least one or two of them have been out for almost 2 months.I mention the stingy part because I was once told that some seniors in this area come in specifically to use these massage beds as a means for physical therapy, and I get it! Those beds bring me back to life especially after leg day! But the fact that these have been out for so long now is making me reconsider this location and go to the less-kept Haltom location.”

“I’d give 5 stars, but not being 24/7 anymore killed a star for me. Great equipment for what I need. When things break or wear out they make repairs in a pretty timely manner. Staff is super friendly and greets you coming in and leaving. Everything is super clean. Love it.”

“Everyone is welcoming and encouraging , my only disappointment is that I haven’t attended a camp in two weeks due to a family emergency, yet No one has contacted me from Burn to check on me or my attendance.”
