Store was closed during business hours at 9:30am on a weekday (employees were moving around inside) with no information on why it was closed.

Nobody answered the phone so hopefully this review will help the store. I literally just brought a pregnancy test and only one was in the box. Which is even more upsetting because they keep it behind the registrar to eliminate stealing. So either one of the employees stole it or did not check it properly when a customer returned it. This is ridiculous ?

Was here on the 3/18/23 about 6pm, purchased a few items which included a water hose for $10. After paying for my items looking at the receipt I noticed that the hose rang up as $12 instead of the $10 on the price tag. I pointed this to cashier who seemed to already have an attitude.. So after ringing the item up again with correct price he kept my receipt..., which I thought was strange. So I asked for my receipt (which also had proof of other items I had purchased) and he said that they always keep the original receipt. He offered to make me a copy to which I said you keep the copy and give me receipt back and refused stating that they always keep the original. I have never heard of this. The whole transaction with this cashier and his attitude was distasteful.Also, the store could be better organized and clearance items more accessible to consumers.2 stars inspite of the above you will find deals with FD but I will be going to different locations henceforth.

I have not been to this location in a while, it had everything I needed and more. I got a cute little dress only down side only found the dress in one color in my size.

Went and bought a visa card from here,and once I got home and activated the card it said that the card had already been used in another state. Went to the store multiple times to speak with a manager and I also emailed corporate! Still no response. This store is scamming it's customers. Do not buy visa cards from this Family Dollar! You've been warned!

Worst service if I could give a zero it would be. Nobody knows how to do there job! an when there supposed to fix the issue they put no effort to do anything. The store is always a mess and unorganized this store is a joke honestly it’s alway some Kind of issue. Why give coupons if you can’t use them an then say there’s nothing we can do.
