I recently visited Earthbound at the North East Mall while I was in town for a funeral, and I had the most incredible customer service experience with Jessica. As someone from out of state, I hadn’t been to an Earthbound in years, and it’s one of my favorite stores. I was really excited to visit again, but what made my day even better was the personalized attention I received.
Jessica went above and beyond—she quickly offered me a fitting room and continued to search the store for more options in my size while I was trying things on. She made the experience feel so personable and fun, despite the tough time I was going through. Her kindness and attentiveness truly brightened my day, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I deal with a lot of great customer service regularly, but Jessica really stood out. I’m so thankful for the care she showed during a difficult moment in my life.
Thank you, Earthbound, and especially Jessica, for making my visit so special!

I've been here twice in the past couple months, and Jessica has been there both times. She was so friendly and helpful both times. I came back later for gifts, and she was great! I already loved Earthbound, but she makes this store so much more!

Don’t buy their clothing! The material is not of good quality! I’ve had two pair of overpriced pants to rip apart at the seams sad thing is they weren’t in my closet an month before they ripped

I took my daughter to get something from the store this evening and she was offered to buy an Arbor bag I think it was for $7.99 to help plant trees. They said they had already helped Louisiana with thousands of dollars. I said that’s so good because my dad is in Florida and he just got hit with a really bad hurricane and it’s a mess over there and they’ll need that kind of help. This person said, and I quote… “ we don’t care about Florida and we won’t care about Florida until they get another governor”. Excuse me! I realize you’re transgender and I definitely support anyone’s decision to be their authentic self, but screw you for saying that to me after my dad just went through a tragic weather event. You lost a long time customer.
