This is an absolute great place! I had blown out a tire and had a donut on it. I pulled up there. Having never been there before! They treated me like an old friend. I was only going to get 1 tire, but when the young man explained when pros and cons to me. I ended up getting 2 and then I don’t have to worry about it any more. From the time I paid for my tires and wipers it was all of about 25 minutes. They are quality, fast, service is impeccable. It’s nice not to have to sit around all afternoon waiting on my car! Excellent place!!!

First I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 20 years.
My 18 year old daughter stopped to get air in a tire and found there was a nail in it. The salesman tells her she needs all new tires because they were worn. I personally inspect the tires on a regular basis and they are fine. She called me and I told her just to get them rotated. The salesman refused and another of your employee told the salesman “ she’s not stupid “.
The next day I took the car to another tire dealer and they confirmed the tires were fine and rotated them. I don’t know the salesman’s name, train your employees better.

Even during their remodeling they focus on their customer service, they were very helpful and punctual.

Update- I received a call from the manager who genuinely seemed to care and said that it was not the way it should have been handled and assured me he’d have a talk with the crew. I really appreciated the time to reach out to a customer who had a subpar experience and try to better understand what happened and how to make it better so for that I’ll give a five star!
Instead of asking for my tire key, they decided to dig through my glove box and my center console and then left my glove box open and all my stuff that was in it on my passenger seat. I’ve bought all my tires from this location since I moved here (around 10 tires) and they have been great, but that’s not good business I was in the lobby waiting, you could have just came and asked me.

Had an appointment to replace all 4 tires on our van today; the appointment was set for 1:30, they had me out by 2:15. Fast, excellent service!

Nolan was awsome. Knowledgeable guy who knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend this location. Fast and friendly service from the guys in the shop. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to this location if you can. You won’t regret it! 10/10

My visit today may have been the best customer experience I have had in my life - I came in for a free tire rotation not expecting much because I paid nothing. My expectation s were blown away, I checked in and opened my laptop to get some work done and then they called my name and said my car was ready. I would absolutely come back to this location and recommend you visit as well.

Blew out a tire up on hwy 820. Luckily this location was only 1 mile away. But it was 10 minutes from closing time (6pm). As I limped my car towards them, I called and they were willing to help me. I got there, bought the tire I needed, and they had me back on the road by about 6:15pm. Super friendly and so helpful. Thank you so much!!!

Mr.Scott is a very amazing person at Discount tire, very down to earth and the CEO should give him a $5.00 dollar raise!!! Oh yes, he is very knowledgeable about all of discount tire products and he is definitely honest!!Mr. Scott help us out on what was great SUV tires. He also told us about the becoming discount tire credit !Thank you for all your help! My wife is the Big Boss.Happy wife help wife!!
