My experience with DiagnosTEX has been nothing short of exemplary. The scheduling and communication leading up to the appt was excellent; the care and treatment my family member received during the procedure was wonderful (not to mention that observing the swallow study was one of the coolest things I've seen); and the help from the home office in getting referral info and having the study results sent to all the correct doctors was completely above and beyond. Sparing the details, they did way more than was required of them, and they were kind and empathetic, too.Healthcare is a tough industry and it's not hard to find a bazillion examples of situations that don't go well. It is, however, difficult to find an organization that is nailing it as well as this one. I'm really grateful for these people, especially Saint Bea in the home office. ?

2 years ago would of given 5 stars, seems like the office had has a change in personal. Weeks delay in scheduling a swallow study per reports they are not in the area enough. Finally had to move forward with another provider due to delay in service. Poor customer service.

amazing!! Ronda is an excellent person and an excellent speech pathologist. I had a modified barium swallow study in an hospital in Mexico time ago, and they just gave me liquid barium and because I demanded it, they Gave me a cookie with barium, they found nothing. With diagnostex, Ronda Gave me a lot of consistencies, and I loved it. After finishing, Ronda explained everything to me. And she gave me what I was looking for, answers. Price is perfect for that study. Do not hesitate if you find diagnostex when looking for a MBSS, make an appointment right away!!. Even when you enter the office the workers are very kind and they all say HELLO!. It was an excellent experience. Much better than big hospitals in Mexico! I travelled 12 hours from México to HURST, and it exceeded my expectations. I would travel again. DIAGNOSTEX the best!
