A member of Al Qaeda gave me a bad oil change because my car was missing 3 quarts and the engine was not lubricating well. Furthermore, the oil change advertisement that they have posted on the window is a scam because in addition to paying the amount you have to pay for the type of oil you are going to use and the price is supposed to already include that

This place will scam you and hold your vehicle hostage. Verbal agreements mean nothing. We were charged twice for a front end alignment and our car is still not aligned. We had no choice but to pay to get our car off the rack. Don't waste your money on this establishment, they will rip you off.
We called the police and they didn't "make" us pay. We called them to make sure you would not keep our car on the rack or do anything to it, as you had threatened to do.
You made a verbal commitment to replace camber bolt for 40.00 in addition to the 50.00 we paid for the alignment. When we get there, we are told we have to pay another front end alignment fee plus labor. Our car is still out of alignment. This guy is a liar and a scammer. Should have gone to Discount Tire. Karma will handle it.

I don’t leave reviews too often but this is w necessity. I don’t think I have ever been treated so poorly before. The girl who owns the shop has only the ability to yell at maximum volume. Price gouging for sub par tires. This has to be my worst customer service ever experienced, 10/10 would not recommend.

Went in and had one bad tire they talked me buying 3 used tires and I paid 80 bucks and they didn't even fix the bad tire it was flat after I got home this place is a rip-off and should be shut down
