I bought a pair of cinch jeans here in march and they ripped not even a month after having them and when we sent them in to see if it was quality issue didn’t hear from them for months until we finally emailed them again and they said that there was not a report or even a email of them being sent in even though we had multiple emails back and forth and sent the jeans in. Now I am out of a pair of what I thought we nice jeans that I spent quite a bit of money on and don’t know if I want to shop here again see that the customer service/return policy’s are terrible and they can’t keep track of their emails and returns.

Very kind and friendly folk working there that helped me with everything I needed from boots to belts and polish. I've never purchased boots before and no very little about how to care for leather and they were all so very informative and patient with me during my shopping. Thanks guys! What a beautiful selection of boots too. I want to buy them all!

Always great customer service. They even pull what I need for me when I have to come by on lunch in a hurry. HUGE selection on just about anything you need.

Yall give Ryan a raise! I haven’t bought boots in forever and he kindly taught me how the boot should properly fit, taught me about the break-in period and checked in on me ever so often. Great guy to have on staff!

Never have the boots in stock I want. They have a big selection of boots. The boxes of boots are a mess, and trying to find anything is a pain in the butt. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is that the people are friendly and will help, but sometimes it seems all they are trying to do is get commission.

An amazing selection of jeans, including a variety of styles and sizes. I have long legs and a slender waist, but found many jeans in my size.

Decent selection, service consistently poor, even downright rude at times. My husband shops there sometimes , but I will no longer be spending my money in their establishment.
